The Only Mediator between GOD and Man

After hearing that Jesus was going where they could not go, the disciples were troubled at heart to think that they would be separated from Him. To comfort them, Jesus said, "Let not your heart be troubled: ye believe in God, believe also in me" (John 14:1). Today, many without and within the church are troubled in heart to know The Truth of The GODHEAD, because they are hearing different views, which are said to come from The Scriptures. But Jesus said, "...they are they which testify of me" (John 5:39).. Jesus came to earth from The Father and made it clear to us through His disciples that Eternal Life is The Gift of GOD, given by The Father, to reveal HIM, as The Only True GOD and Jesus Christ, Whom HE has sent.

The Father has comforted our troubled hearts by delivering to us The Answer to all our needs, Which are found in HIS Word. If we believe in GOD The Father, we do so as a result of receiving and believing in The Witness of The Testimony of HIS Son, Whom HE has sent. For it is written, "...God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved. He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God" (John 3:16-18). It is also written that "...This is the work of God, that ye believe on him whom he hath sent" (John 6:29).

"God, who at sundry times and in divers manners spake in time past unto the fathers by the prophets, Hath in these last days spoken unto us by [his] Son, whom he hath appointed heir of all things, by whom also he made the worlds" (Hebrews 1:1,2).

To those, who believed on The Father, by receiving The Gift of HIS Son, Who was with HIM from before all things, Jesus has testified and said, "In my Father's house are many mansions: if [it were] not [so], I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you. And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again, and receive you unto myself; that where I am, [there] ye may be also" (John 14:2,3).

As The Heir of all things, and One, Who knows the dwelling of The Temple of GOD, Jesus inspired Paul to share this spiritual insite of those, who are called to be One in fellowship with Him and The Father. He said, "[We are] troubled on every side, yet not distressed; [we are] perplexed, but not in despair; Persecuted, but not forsaken; cast down, but not destroyed; Always bearing about in the body the dying of the Lord Jesus, that the life also of Jesus might be made manifest in our body. For we which live are alway delivered unto death for Jesus' sake, that the life also of Jesus might be made manifest in our mortal flesh. So then death worketh in us, but life in you.

"We having the same spirit of faith, according as it is written, I believed, and therefore have I spoken; we also believe, and therefore speak; Knowing that he which raised up the Lord Jesus shall raise up us also by Jesus, and shall present [us] with you. For all things [are] for your sakes, that the abundant grace might through the thanksgiving of many redound to the glory of God. For which cause we faint not; but though our outward man perish, yet the inward [man] is renewed day by day. For our light affliction, which is but for a moment, worketh for us a far more exceeding [and] eternal weight of glory; While we look not at the things which are seen, but at the things which are not seen: for the things which are seen [are] temporal; but the things which are not seen [are] eternal" (2 Corinthians 4:8-18).

In looking by faith to our heavenly dwelling, Paul continued the spiritual insight by saying, "For we know that if our earthly house of [this] tabernacle were dissolved, we have a building of God, an house not made with hands, eternal in the heavens. For in this we groan, earnestly desiring to be clothed upon with our house which is from heaven: If so be that being clothed we shall not be found naked. For we that are in [this] tabernacle do groan, being burdened: not for that we would be unclothed, but clothed upon, that mortality might be swallowed up of life. Now he that hath wrought us for the selfsame thing [is] God, who also hath given unto us the earnest of the Spirit. Therefore [we are] always confident, knowing that, whilst we are at home in the body, we are absent from the Lord: (For we walk by faith, not by sight:)" (2 Corinthians 5:1-7).

Jesus knows how many dwellings there are in His Father's Tabernacle, because He is The One, Who builds The True Tabernacle of The Living GOD. It is He, Who prepares our hearts to receive The Father, WHO sent Him. In The same way, He has sent His disciples before Him, to prepare the people to receive Him before seeing His face. He said to His disciples, "...whither I go ye know, and the way ye know. Thomas saith unto him, Lord, we know not whither thou goest; and how can we know the way? Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me" (John 14:4-6). Why is He is The Only One, Who can lead us to The Father? Because, "No man hath seen God at any time; the only begotten Son, which is in the bosom of the Father, he hath declared [him]" (John 1:18).

In revealing the work He was sent to accomplish through and with His disciples, Jesus said, "Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that entereth not by the door into the sheepfold, but climbeth up some other way, the same is a thief and a robber. But he that entereth in by the door is the shepherd of the sheep. To him the porter openeth; and the sheep hear his voice: and he calleth his own sheep by name, and leadeth them out. And when he putteth forth his own sheep, he goeth before them, and the sheep follow him: for they know his voice. And a stranger will they not follow, but will flee from him: for they know not the voice of strangers" (John 10:1-5).

In this parable, Jesus has revealed to us "The Great Commission" He will accomplish by all, who will partake and trust in Him. For He is The Word and Power of GOD, Who calls men and women to The Father through those, who are sent in His Name. It is by the church, who takes The Word of GOD to the hearts of men and women, to open The Door of The Word to them, to hear The Father, WHO is The True Shepherd of The Sheep, WHO speaks to us all, and calls us to HIMSELF by HIS Word, Whom HE has sent. For HE has put forth and delivered HIS Word into the hands of those, who will hear and receive HIS Word, that HE by HIS Word of Power in the hearts of those, who are sent into the world, might call men and women to make ready to receive Him, Whom HE has sent.

As The Door to The Tabernacle of those, who will hear and receive The Father by The Gift of faith, Jesus stood before His disciples, who were made partakers with Him and said, "If ye had known me, ye should have known my Father also: and from henceforth ye know him, and have seen him. Philip saith unto him, Lord, shew us the Father, and it sufficeth us. Jesus saith unto him, Have I been so long time with you, and yet hast thou not known me, Philip? he that hath seen me hath seen the Father; and how sayest thou [then], Shew us the Father?" (John 14:7-9).

Seeing The Father by faith through The Door

The Father had already revealed and has opened to us The Truth of HIS Word, that HIS Word is The Door, Who opens to us the deep things of GOD, which no man can open but He. The Father has given to us and has committed to us The Gift of HIS Word, to work through all, who will partake and trust in HIS Word. For The Word has testified by Matthew, who opened The Word of GOD to us saying, "...take no thought how or what ye shall speak: for it shall be given you in that same hour what ye shall speak. For it is not ye that speak, but the Spirit of your Father which speaketh in you" (Matthew 10:19,20).

This Truth was made clear to our understanding by John, who testified of The Father, WHO was speaking directly to Philip by HIS Word, Whom HE has sent. Even though it is written in The Scriptures that Jesus was speaking to Philip, The Father was speaking directly to Philip by HIS Word, saying "Have I been so long time with you, and yet hast thou not known me, Philip? To confirm and open to the heart of Philip that The Father was being revealed through HIS Word, Who was speaking directly to him, Jesus Testified and said, "he that hath seen me hath seen the Father; and how sayest thou [then], Shew us the Father?"

To reveal to us the importance of understanding and receiving This Truth in our hearts, Jesus said to His disciples, "Believest thou not that I am in the Father, and the Father in me? the words that I speak unto you I speak not of myself: but the Father that dwelleth in me, he doeth the works. Believe me that I [am] in the Father, and the Father in me: or else believe me for the very works' sake" (John 14:10,11). It is the very work that The Father has called the church to accomplish by HIS Word that HE by HIS Word might do HIS Will through us. To confirm that the disciples understood This Revelation of The Work of GOD by HIS Word, Paul and the disciples with him testified and said, "...we preach not ourselves, but Christ Jesus the Lord; and ourselves your servants for Jesus' sake".

Do we believe that The Father is in Christ, and Christ is in us to do The Father's Will? The words that we speak to others on His behalf, is it of ourselves, or is it of HIS Word, Whom HE has sent to dwell in us to do HIS Will? The Father does HIS work by HIS Word in us, that through us HIS NAME might be Glorified in HIS Son. To confirm This Truth, Jesus Testified and said, "Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that believeth on me, the works that I do shall he do also; and greater [works] than these shall he do; because I go unto my Father. And whatsoever ye shall ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If ye shall ask any thing in my name, I will do [it]" (John 14:12-14).

Notice the conditions that must be established in us in order to accomplished The Father's Will in the church. The Work of GOD in us and through us is to believe on Him, Whom HE has sent, that He might finish The Father's Work through us, and glorify The Father's NAME in Himself. Notice also that "The Great Commission" to the church, is to go and take The Word of GOD into all nations, and open to the hearts of men and women The Things no eyes have see and no ears have heard, immersing the hearts of men and women in The NAME of The Father and of The Son. And of The Power of The Word, Who abides in us, to do HIS Will, He will glorify The Father's NAME in Himself through the partakers of His Tabernacle. To do this, Jesus said to those, who are called to be partakers with Him, saying, "If ye love me, keep my commandments. And I will pray the Father, and he shall give you another Comforter, that he may abide with you for ever; [Even] the Spirit of truth; whom the world cannot receive, because it seeth him not, neither knoweth him: but ye know him; for he dwelleth with you, and shall be in you" (John 14:15-17).

Receiving Another Comforter in us

From the opening of The Word to our hearts through Luke and John, we have understood that the other comforter is The Father, Who comes to our hearts through The Open Door of HIS Word, Whom HE has sent. To confirm this to our hearts, The Father had already revealed to Philip that HE was with them in Christ, Who was there with them. And through the opening of The Word by His servant Paul, we have received The Truth that The Father was in Christ reconciling the world unto HIMSELF. The Evidence is this that men know The Father only through HIS Word, Whom He has sent, but because men could not see HIM, they did not know that HE was being revealed to them through HIS Word, Who was there among those, who had received HIS Word.

Now Jesus was saying to His disciples, who were to go with The Father's Spirit of Truth in HIS Word into all nations, but they will not receive The Truth, because they could not see Him, neither could they know Him, because He dwells in those, Who are partakers of The Word. He said to them, as plain as He could, "I will not leave you comfortless: I will come to you. Yet a little while, and the world seeth me no more; but ye see me: because I live, ye shall live also. At that day ye shall know that I [am] in my Father, and ye in me, and I in you. He that hath my commandments, and keepeth them, he it is that loveth me: and he that loveth me shall be loved of my Father, and I will love him, and will manifest myself to him" (John 14:18-21).

Notice that Jesus did not add a third divine being into the picture He had revealed. He clearly revealed to our hearts that The Father is revealed to men through Him. And He will reveal Himself and The Father to those, in whom He has entrusted to keep His Father's Law of Love. In order to present and reveal The Spirit of Truth to the hearts of men and women, we must first keep in our own hearts That, which The Father has entrusted to us by HIS Word, Whom HE has sent.

To make it more clear to his understanding and ours, "Judas saith unto him, not Iscariot, Lord, how is it that thou wilt manifest thyself unto us, and not unto the world? Jesus answered and said unto him, If a man love me, he will keep my words: and my Father will love him, and we will come unto him, and make our abode with him. He that loveth me not keepeth not my sayings: and the word which ye hear is not mine, but the Father's which sent me" (John 14:22-24).

Although The Truth has been clear thus far in the opening of The Word, to receive in our hearing The Things of GOD, many within the church, still become confused in the receiving of The Word to their hearts, and come to the conclusion that there is a third divine being called into the picture with men to do GOD'S Will. To clear up this confusion, Jesus said, "These things have I spoken unto you, being [yet] present with you. But the Comforter, [which is] the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send in my name, he shall teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you" (John 14:25,26).

Notice that The Comforter is someone, Whom The Father will sent in The Name of Christ, to teach all nations of things that has been reveal by The Father through HIS Word. The Comforter is one, who brings again to our hearts The Things, That The Father has already revealed to us by HIS Word. The Comforter is a partaker of The Word of GOD, who is sent in The Name of The Father and The Son, because he or she has abiding in the heart both The Father and The Son, Who has sent him or her. And because of The Father's Spirit abiding in the hearts of those, who are made partakers of The Word, the world can not see The Truth, except they see the evidence of those, who keep His commandments by The Power of HIS Word.

Paul, who was called of GOD by HIS Word testified and said, "...the righteousness which is of faith speaketh on this wise, Say not in thine heart, Who shall ascend into heaven? (that is, to bring Christ down [from above]:) Or, Who shall descend into the deep? (that is, to bring up Christ again from the dead.) But what saith it? The word is nigh thee, [even] in thy mouth, and in thy heart: that is, the word of faith, which we preach: That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.

"For the scripture saith, Whosoever believeth on him shall not be ashamed. For there is no difference between the Jew and the Greek: for the same Lord over all is rich unto all that call upon him. For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved. How then shall they call on him in whom they have not believed? and how shall they believe in him of whom they have not heard? and how shall they hear without a preacher? And how shall they preach, except they be sent? as it is written, How beautiful are the feet of them that preach the gospel of peace, and bring glad tidings of good things" (Romans 10:6-15).

To confirm that it is The Partakers of The Word who are sent in His Name, Jesus said to His disciples, "Peace I leave with you, my peace I give unto you: not as the world giveth, give I unto you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid. Ye have heard how I said unto you, I go away, and come [again] unto you. If ye loved me, ye would rejoice, because I said, I go unto the Father: for my Father is greater than I. And now I have told you before it come to pass, that, when it is come to pass, ye might believe. Hereafter I will not talk much with you: for the prince of this world cometh, and hath nothing in me. But that the world may know that I love the Father; and as the Father gave me commandment, even so I do. Arise, let us go hence" (John 14:27-31).

Notice that Jesus brought to the minds of His disciples the words He had said before about going away and coming again unto them. Did He leave His disciples comfortless? Through Mark, who open The Word of GOD to our hearts, The Word Testified and said to them, "...Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature. He that believeth and is baptized shall be saved; but he that believeth not shall be damned. And these signs shall follow them that believe; In my name shall they cast out devils; they shall speak with new tongues; They shall take up serpents; and if they drink any deadly thing, it shall not hurt them; they shall lay hands on the sick, and they shall recover. So then after the Lord had spoken unto them, he was received up into heaven, and sat on the right hand of God. And they went forth, and preached every where, the Lord working with [them], and confirming the word with signs following. Amen" (Mark 16:15-20).

It is He, Who anointed Paul to open The Word to the church at Corinth and say, "Grace [be] unto you, and peace, from God our Father, and [from] the Lord Jesus Christ. I thank my God always on your behalf, for the grace of God which is given you by Jesus Christ; That in every thing ye are enriched by him, in all utterance, and [in] all knowledge; Even as the testimony of Christ was confirmed in you: So that ye come behind in no gift; waiting for the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ: Who shall also confirm you unto the end, [that ye may be] blameless in the day of our Lord Jesus Christ" (1 Corinthians 1:3-8).

The evidence is clear that The Power of "The Great Commission to the church", to teach all nations, was not of the disciples, but of The One, Who is sent from The Father to empower His servants to open The Word and proclaim in His Name The Father's Word of Life. Though Him, Paul testified of The Father and said, "Blessed [be] God, even the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of mercies, and the God of all comfort; Who comforteth us in all our tribulation, that we may be able to comfort them which are in any trouble, by the comfort wherewith we ourselves are comforted of God" (2 Corinthians 1:3,4).

Having The Same Mind and being One Spirit with Christ, He does The Will of The Father through those, who are partakers of HIS Word, to comfort and bring the blessing of Peace to the hearts of men through the gospel.
