Choosing Him by our witness

On the question of "Our receiving Him", we saw from the witnesses that received Him, that only a few were blessed to see by faith HIM, WHO is known and received only through Him, Whom HE has sent. For few men and women have received The True Witness of GOD, Who came from The Father to reveal to us and through us The WITNESS, WHO is revealed only through Him. Through John, Jesus Testified and said, "Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that believeth on me, the works that I do shall he do also; and greater [works] than these shall he do; because I go unto my Father. And whatsoever ye shall ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If ye shall ask any thing in my name, I will do [it]. If ye love me, keep my commandments. And I will pray the Father, and he shall give you another Comforter, that he may abide with you for ever; [Even] the Spirit of truth; whom the world cannot receive, because it seeth him not, neither knoweth him: but ye know him; for he dwelleth with you, and shall be in you" (John 14:12-17).

Although Jesus is The Son of GOD, Who is The Expressed Image of The Father's Glory, He came to manifest The Father to man in Himself, to be The Mediator between GOD and man, to represent The Father's HOLY and LOVING Nature in Himself. Why? Because man could not look upon GOD The Father, while living in his unholy and sinfull condition, and still seek to live on to know GOD, to be restored to HIM. In simple terms, our unholy and sinfull condition would be destroyed by HIS Most HOLY and AWSOME PRESENCE. To answer the request of Moses, to see The Glory of The LORD, The LORD spoke by HIS Angel, through Whom HE said to Moses, saying, "...My presence shall go [with thee], and I will give thee rest" (Exodus 33:14). For it was by HIs Angel that The LORD said to Moses before his request, saying, "Behold, I send an Angel before thee, to keep thee in the way, and to bring thee into the place which I have prepared.

"Beware of him, and obey his voice, provoke him not; for he will not pardon your transgressions: for my name [is] in him. But if thou shalt indeed obey his voice, and do all that I speak; then I will be an enemy unto thine enemies, and an adversary unto thine adversaries. For mine Angel shall go before thee, and bring thee in unto the Amorites, and the Hittites, and the Perizzites, and the Canaanites, the Hivites, and the Jebusites: and I will cut them off. Thou shalt not bow down to their gods, nor serve them, nor do after their works: but thou shalt utterly overthrow them, and quite break down their images. And ye shall serve the LORD your God, and he shall bless thy bread, and thy water; and I will take sickness away from the midst of thee" (Exodus 23:20-25).

Notice the conditions that were given to Moses in order that he and those, who followed The Voice of The LORD, might receive the blessing of being in The Presence of The LORD, to be brought into the place where HE has prepared. The Angel of The LORD was sent to keep them in The Way of The LORD that they might be watchful of HIS Leading; to obey The LORD by following HIS Voice by HIS Angel, Whom HE had sent; that men might do all that HE would speak by Him; to be blessed with The Bread and Water from The LORD; to serve HIM by not provoking, or transgressing against HIS Angel in Whom HE has placed HIS NAME. If Moses and those, who followed The LORD, obeyed The Voice of The Angel, then HE The LORD would take sickness away from among those, who serve and obey HIM in following HIS Angel, to come into HIS PRESENCE in the place HE has prepared. However, HE will cut off as enemies, those, who bow down and serve other gods, the images and works that are presented against The Work HE does through those, who serve HIM in obeying Him in Whom HE has placed HIS NAME.

Through Paul, The Word of The LORD came from The LORD and said, "Wherefore, holy brethren, partakers of the heavenly calling, consider the Apostle and High Priest of our profession, Christ Jesus; Who was faithful to him that appointed him, as also Moses [was faithful] in all his house. For this [man] was counted worthy of more glory than Moses, inasmuch as he who hath builded the house hath more honour than the house. For every house is builded by some [man]; but he that built all things [is] God. And Moses verily [was] faithful in all his house, as a servant, for a testimony of those things which were to be spoken after; But Christ as a son over his own house; whose house are we, if we hold fast the confidence and the rejoicing of the hope firm unto the end.

"Wherefore (as the Holy Ghost saith, To day if ye will hear his voice, Harden not your hearts, as in the provocation, in the day of temptation in the wilderness: When your fathers tempted me, proved me, and saw my works forty years. Wherefore I was grieved with that generation, and said, They do alway err in [their] heart; and they have not known my ways. So I sware in my wrath, They shall not enter into my rest.) Take heed, brethren, lest there be in any of you an evil heart of unbelief, in departing from the living God. But exhort one another daily, while it is called To day; lest any of you be hardened through the deceitfulness of sin. For we are made partakers of Christ, if we hold the beginning of our confidence stedfast unto the end; While it is said, To day if ye will hear his voice, harden not your hearts, as in the provocation.

"For some, when they had heard, did provoke: howbeit not all that came out of Egypt by Moses. But with whom was he grieved forty years? [was it] not with them that had sinned, whose carcases fell in the wilderness? And to whom sware he that they should not enter into his rest, but to them that believed not? So we see that they could not enter in because of unbelief" (Hebrews 3:1-19).

Given as The Covenant of GOD'S Love to those, who keep HIS Way, to obey The Voice of HIS Angel, The LORD give Jesus-HIS Angel, to bless and bring those, who obey Him into the place, which HE has prepared for them. And they that will heard HIM by HIS Angel, Whom HE has sent, they will yield their hearts to hear and obey HIS Voice by HIS Angel, that HE by HIS Angel might proclaimed HIS Will through those, who serve HIM. For it was through His servant David, that The Voice of HIS Angel Testified of The Father's Righteousness, and had made known to men The Father's Faithfulness, HIS Loving-kindness, and HIS Truth and will soon show again The Father's Salvation to those, who believe in Him to do HIS Will.

As The Covenant of The Father's Law of Love to both GOD and man, The Angel of The LORD is well pleased to manifest The Father's NAME to men through Himself, even while He was here on earth in the form and flesh of men. In other words, by yielding to The Father's Presence in Himself, to proclaim HIS Voice through Him, He became The Father's Tabernacle among men that The Father might be made known to men by HIS PRESENCE in Him. He also glorified The Father by making His abode in The Tabernacle of the flesh of men. Like The Most HOLY, WHO dwelt with The Holy One in the form of flesh, Jesus fully represented The GODHEAD in Himself alone, yet, He did this in the same form and flesh of men, which elevated man to Oneness with Himself and The Father, and presented to men and to angels The Perfect Example of The Tabernacle of GOD with us.

To confirm The Truth of The Word, Who is The Holy One, Who does The Will of The MOST HOLY in and through those who serve HIM, Samuel-the prophet of The Lord testified of David, and said, "Now these [be] the last words of David. David the son of Jesse said, and the man [who was] raised up on high, the anointed of the God of Jacob, and the sweet psalmist of Israel, said, The Spirit of the LORD spake by me, and his word [was] in my tongue. The God of Israel said, the Rock of Israel spake to me, He that ruleth over men [must be] just, ruling in the fear of God" (2 Samuel 23:1-3).

Notice that The Father has established The Foundation Rock of the church with His disciples, that HIS Angel might work and established through them, as He did with His servant David, who allowed Him to work through him to make HIS NAME and Will known to men. In other words, The Sweet Psalmist of Israel was not David of himself, but The LORD, WHO spoke by HIS Word, or HIS Angel-The Spirit of The LORD, Who moved upon the heart of David, to speak and proclaim HIS Will to the hearts of men; that they might hear The Voice of HIS Angel and turn to HIM to do HIS Will. It was by The Same Angel that HE spoke to the children of Israel by the mouth of Moses, when HE said to him, "Now therefore go, and I will be with thy mouth, and teach thee what thou shalt say" (Exodus 4:12).

The LORD spoke by HIS Word, by His servant David
to the hearts of men.

Jesus said, "He that believeth on me, the works that I do shall he do also." Notice that Jesus did not say, the works that He did, (as in looking to the past) to do as He did. No. Rather, His message to us is not a message of looking to a time in the future, or a time in the past, but a time in the present. And being The Head of those, who would believe and follow Him, He Testified and said, "I am the true vine, and my Father is the husbandman. Every branch in me that beareth not fruit he taketh away: and every [branch] that beareth fruit, he purgeth it, that it may bring forth more fruit. Now ye are clean through the word which I have spoken unto you. Abide in me, and I in you. As the branch cannot bear fruit of itself, except it abide in the vine; no more can ye, except ye abide in me. I am the vine, ye [are] the branches: He that abideth in me, and I in him, the same bringeth forth much fruit: for without me ye can do nothing" (John 15:1-5).

Through The Father and HIS Angel, or the parable of The Vine and the branches, it is made clear that The Father has worked and will continue to work by HIS Word, Who bears Fruit in and through those, who serve Him, to proclaim HIS Will. It is The Father, WHO takes away, or WHO will cause to be cut off from The Vine, those branches that do not bear The Fruit of HIS Vine, because they obey not The Voice of HIS Angel, Whom HE has sent, but are working to present a false image of The NAME of GOD to the hearts of men. However, those, who bear The Fruit of HIS Vine, HE will purge by HIS Word, that we might bring forth more Fruit from HIS Vine, as we remain connected to HIM in receiving Him, Whom HE has sent.

The choice is ours, to be dead in this world, or
to be made whole through GOD'S Word.

Through His servant John, Jesus revealed a certain man, "...which had an infirmity thirty and eight years. When Jesus saw him lie, and knew that he had been now a long time [in that case], he saith unto him, Wilt thou be made whole? The impotent man answered him, Sir, I have no man, when the water is troubled, to put me into the pool: but while I am coming, another steppeth down before me. Jesus saith unto him, Rise, take up thy bed, and walk. And immediately the man was made whole, and took up his bed, and walked: and on the same day was the sabbath.

"The Jews therefore said unto him that was cured, It is the sabbath day: it is not lawful for thee to carry [thy] bed. He answered them, He that made me whole, the same said unto me, Take up thy bed, and walk. Then asked they him, What man is that which said unto thee, Take up thy bed, and walk? And he that was healed wist not who it was: for Jesus had conveyed himself away, a multitude being in [that] place. Afterward Jesus findeth him in the temple, and said unto him, Behold, thou art made whole: sin no more, lest a worse thing come unto thee.

"The man departed, and told the Jews that it was Jesus, which had made him whole. And therefore did the Jews persecute Jesus, and sought to slay him, because he had done these things on the sabbath day. But Jesus answered them, My Father worketh hitherto, and I work. Therefore the Jews sought the more to kill him, because he not only had broken the sabbath, but said also that God was his Father, making himself equal with God. Then answered Jesus and said unto them, Verily, verily, I say unto you, The Son can do nothing of himself, but what he seeth the Father do: for what things soever he doeth, these also doeth the Son likewise" (John 5:5-19). It is The Father, WHO works by HIS Word and have Testified to His disciples and said unto them, "Now ye are clean through The Word which I have spoken unto you. Abide in me, and I in You.

It is The Word of GOD, Who bore Fruit through His servant John, to make known The Will of GOD to our hearts and said, "He came unto his own, and his own received him not. But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, [even] to them that believe on his name: Which were born, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God. And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth" (John 1:11-14).

Notice that His branches will believe in The NAME He has revealed of GOD, not according to the teachings of the Jews, who believed in GOD, but have rejected HIS Son, or the teachings that there are three Divine Beings, Who work to do GOD'S Will, but according to The Only One through Whom GOD works to accomplish HIS Will in and through those, who receive and believe in HIS Son, Whom He has sent.

Jesus made it clear to His disciples as to Who it was that would come to comfort them, and who it was that He would send in His Name to teach and bring to the remembrance of men the things The Father had already made known to them through Him. For He said, "I will not leave you comfortless: I will come to you. Yet a little while, and the world seeth me no more; but ye see me: because I live, ye shall live also. At that day ye shall know that I [am] in my Father, and ye in me, and I in you. He that hath my commandments, and keepeth them, he it is that loveth me: and he that loveth me shall be loved of my Father, and I will love him, and will manifest myself to him" (John 14:18-21).

As The Father was not seen by the disciples, who saw and heard HIS Voice by The Image of HIS Son, likewise the world will not see The Lord Jesus Christ, or The Father, WHO sent Him, but it will see and hear HIS Voice, as many waters by His church, which is sent into all the world to make known HIS Will and NAME through those, whom He has sent with HIS Word. "Judas saith unto him, not Iscariot, Lord, how is it that thou wilt manifest thyself unto us, and not unto the world? Jesus answered and said unto him, If a man love me, he will keep my words: and my Father will love him, and we will come unto him, and make our abode with him.

"He that loveth me not keepeth not my sayings: and the word which ye hear is not mine, but the Father's which sent me. These things have I spoken unto you, being [yet] present with you. But the Comforter, [which is] the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send in my name, he shall teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you" (John 14:22-26).

Notice that The Father has given HIS Angel, or HIS Word to keep us in The Way, to bring us into the place HE has prepared. And if we are to be in fellowship with HIM through HIS Word, to do HIS Will in serving HIS Word in HIS NAME, then we are to keep the Words The Father has spoken to us through HIS Son, Whom HE has sent. However, if men loose their fellowship with GOD, it is because they have not kept HIS Word, Whom HE has sent, but have replaced Him with the words of the enemy, to bear his fruit unto un-righteousness. If we are to bear The Fruit of Christ to the world, then we must receive both The Father and The Son, that The Father, WHO sent Him, might COMFORT those, who receive Him through us. For HE will not COMFORT them, if they have not kept in HIS NAME HIS Word, Whom HE has sent to do HIS Will.

In bearing The Fruit of GOD Word in his heart, as a light to the Gentiles, Paul was sent in Christ Name to the church at Corinth to comfort them, saying, "Grace [be] to you and peace from God our Father, and [from] the Lord Jesus Christ. Blessed [be] God, even the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of mercies, and the God of all comfort; Who comforteth us in all our tribulation, that we may be able to comfort them which are in any trouble, by the comfort wherewith we ourselves are comforted of God" (2 Corinthians 1:2-4). For HIS Angel is The One, Whom HE has sent to comfort our hearts with HIS words of comfort.

After comforting our hearts with The Father's words of comfort, Jesus Testified and said through His servant John, saying, "Peace I leave with you, my peace I give unto you: not as the world giveth, give I unto you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid. Ye have heard how I said unto you, I go away, and come [again] unto you. If ye loved me, ye would rejoice, because I said, I go unto the Father: for my Father is greater than I. And now I have told you before it come to pass, that, when it is come to pass, ye might believe. Hereafter I will not talk much with you: for the prince of this world cometh, and hath nothing in me. But that the world may know that I love the Father; and as the Father gave me commandment, even so I do. Arise, let us go hence" (John 14:27-31).

By receiving The Fruit of GOD'S Word in our hearts, we are blessed with HIS Fruit of Peace to see us through, not to an end, but to Eternal Life. For by loving HIS Word in doing HIS Will by HIS Word, we are restored to The Father, WHO works and commands HIS Will through Him, Whom HE has sent, that we might not be sorrowful, or ashamed in our belief in Him, but shall rejoice when all is said and done. However, if men have not obeyed HIS Voice by HIS Word, they will be troubled at heart to come to a sorrowful end. For as painful as it will be in HIS Heart, and in the hearts of those, whom HE has given HIS Gift of Love, those, who continue to reject HIS Gift of Life, to bear Good Fruit, HE will cause to be cut off from even the life that they now have, because they reject HIS Son, Whom HE has sent, to give HIS Blessings in abundance.

If men are now finding that The Light of GOD'S Word is exposing the error of their ways, may they receive HIS Word, as HIS Gift of Mercy, to repent of their ways, by being purged and cleansed by HIS Word, that they might walk in fellowship with Him in the fullness of Joy and not sorrow. For in the day of His appearing, it would be to late to cut out of the heart those things that offend.

Has The Word of GOD taken Root in our hearts, to bear Good Fruit in
doing HIS Will, or have we fallen away from HIS Word of Truth,
to be led by the enemy of GOD and man through unbelief in
HIS Word? May we examine our hearts to believe and do HIS Will
by The Spirit of Truth, Who reveals HIS Will. Amen.
