What has The Word of GOD revealed to us of GOD'S
Eternal Power and Godhead through the ages of the church?

As we did in the first presentation of this series on Light verses Darkness, we need to stop and evaluate What The Word of The LORD has revealed to us thus far in this series of presentations. By looking again from where we came to where we are, we can understand What GOD has revealed to us by The Light of HIS Word. For we know through the vessel Paul that there is a difference between those, who walk in The Light and those, who walk in darkness. And Just like in the first day of creation week, darkness was upon the face of the deep; GOD has revealed to us through Paul, who was a vessel in darkness and was named Saul; through him The Light of The Word of GOD has revealed to us The Will of GOD--The Father, WHO commanded The Light of HIS Word to shine into our hearts, and through Paul, The Light shined out of his heart to reveal to us The Light of The Knowledge of The Glory of GOD, Which is revealed in The Glorious Gospel of Christ, Who The Image of GOD.

However, through Paul it was also revealed that if The Glorious Gospel of Christ, Who is The Image of GOD is hid from the minds and hearts of men, then it is hidden from those, who are lost in whom the adversary has blinded their minds lest, or for fear that they might believe and receive The Light of Christ, Who was preaching through the vessel Paul unto men. For it was through the vessel John, who received The Light of GOD'S Word in his heart, that he testified of The Word and said, "In him was life; and the life was the light of men. And the light shineth in darkness; and the darkness comprehended it not." For "He was in the world, and the world was made by him, and the world knew him not. He came unto his own, and his own received him not" (John 1:4,5,10,11).

"He was in the world", "He came to His Own"
The world knew Him not. His Own received Him not.

Notice that He--The Word of GOD is The Source of Life and Light to all of mankind. If we do not know Him, or receive Him, then we do not have Life, or Light from Him, which means we are in darkness and death, and are living, not in The Light of GOD'S Glory, but in the shadow of death by GOD'S Grace, until we can choose HIS Gift of Eternal Life in HIS Son. GOD provided Evidence to the people, whom HE would call His Own, that they might recognize Him when He came to dwell among men. But they comprehended not The Light He had revealed unto them to receive Him. The Kingdom of Heaven was open to the men of Israel to received The Word of GOD, Who is The Spirit of GOD, Who came and gave Himself to become One among men in The Form and Flesh of a Man--The Man Christ Jesus, "Who gave himself a ransom for all, to be testified in due time" (1 Timothy 2:1-6).

GOD gave to men HIS Word--HIS Covenant of Life.
The Word is Christ--The Anointed One of GOD, Who gave Himself to become
The man Christ Jesus in The Form of Flesh of men
to save men from sin and death, by becoming One with Him in Spirit."

The Word of GOD, Who is Spirit; He is still 100% The Spirit, Who is of GOD, WHO is also SPIRIT. But He made for Himself a Body, or a Vessel in the womb of a virgin, whom we call Mary, that in That Body of Flesh, Which is 100% Flesh born of flesh, He--Jesus Christ--Emmanuel God with us; He could be One with us and lead us back to The Father by His Own Spirit in us. But men remain blind to The Truth, and choose not to walk in The Light of GOD'S Word. He came unto His Own, to be One with men, but His Own people, did not receive Him. The Same thing is being repeated within the Christian Church today. Why? Why do men, even those, who study daily The Bible, or The Books of Moses, and do not comprehend The Light He has revealed to men of Himself, to know Him and receive His Own Spirit in them?

John testified of Him and said, "He that cometh from above is above all: he that is of the earth is earthly, and speaketh of the earth: he that cometh from heaven is above all. And what he hath seen and heard, that he testifieth; and no man receiveth his testimony. He that hath received his testimony hath set to his seal that God is true. For he whom God hath sent speaketh the words of God: for God giveth not the Spirit by measure [unto him]. The Father loveth the Son, and hath given all things into his hand. He that believeth on the Son hath everlasting life: and he that believeth not the Son shall not see life; but the wrath of God abideth on him" (John 3:31-36).

Notice that The Everlasting Gospel is The Testimony of Christ, Who has revealed to us What He has seen and heard of The Father. He has revealed in His Testimony--The Light of The Knowledge of The Glory of GOD, and has reveal What he has seen and heard of GOD to men, who were in darkness and death by the works of the enemy, who has blinded their minds from receiving and believing The Truth of What GOD has revealed to men through Him, Who is The Image of GOD to men. Why then has the world not received in their hearts The Light and Life of Christ Own Spirit in them? As He said through John, "He that believeth on the Son hath everlasting life: and he that believeth not the Son shall not see life; but the wrath of God abideth on him." Like the Children of Israel, and the mixed multitude, who came out of Egypt to the borders of the promise land, The Spirit of Christ is leading, and seeking to prepare the hearts of those, who have received Him, to be ready for the day of His visible return in The Flesh. The question to our hearts is this...

"How many will Overcome the blindness of the enemy
to enter The Promise Land of The New City of Jerusalem above?"

To prepare us for that day, Jesus said to His disciples, "...All power is given unto me in heaven and in earth. Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost: Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you alway, [even] unto the end of the world. Amen" (Matthew 28:18-20). When The Spirit of Life in Christ leaves, or withdraws from this earth, with all, who have received Him, and believed in Him, and have His Light and Life abiding in them, then the end of this earth will have come for those, who did not believe, or received Him. For Life is found only in Him, Who is The Life and Light of men. But if men choose not to receive, believe and follow Him in obedience, they are choosing rather to rebel and remain in darkness and death with the adversary, who works against The Gift of Light and Life in Christ.

Commission to teach the world the Everlasting Gospel,
through His disciples on What He has seen and heard of GOD.

In His physical Body, Jesus revealed to His disciples what men would do in their blindness of working for the adversary, in his work through them, of distorting and presenting their errors, as the teachings of The Word of GOD. As Paul said, "Therefore seeing we have this ministry, as we have received mercy, we faint not; But have renounced the hidden things of dishonesty, not walking in craftiness, nor handling the word of God deceitfully; but by manifestation of the truth commending ourselves to every man's conscience in the sight of God" (2 Corinthians 4:1,2). It is because of this mishandling of The Word of GOD that we have so many members of the Body of Christ walking in darkness, and out of fellowship with their Head--Christ Jesus The Lord. According to John they do not hear The Voice of GOD speaking to them through those, who are sent in Christ Name.

The LORD has counseled us by HIS Word through His vessel Paul, saying to "Beware lest any man spoil you through philosophy and vain deceit, after the tradition of men, after the rudiments of the world, and not after Christ" (Colossians 2:8). For Jesus said to His disciples that, "The Son of man must suffer many things, and be rejected of the elders and chief priests and scribes, and be slain, and be raised the third day" (Luke 9:22). According to The Word in those, whom He has sent in His Name, many have rejected The Father through HIS Word of Judgment in those, whom HE has sent in His Name. As Jesus said, He has suffer long with men, from the time He gave His command to His disciples to go and teach all nations, He promised that He would be with us alway, even unto the end of the world. And He has kept His Promised to be with us. We have Life, because He abides with us. And even though He is The Head of the body that gives Light and Life to His church, many of the members are being led by the adversary through their leaders, to reject The Voice and leading of GOD in HIS Word, to separate and follow instead the philosophies and vain deceit, and the traditions of men, which are the rudiments of this world. For many are being blinded by the adversary to the Work of Christ, in seeking entrance to their hearts, to shine His Light of Truth through them by The Father's SPIRIT in and through Him.

Through the vessel Luke, The Word testified to us of "...when he was demanded of the Pharisees, when the kingdom of God should come, he answered them and said, The kingdom of God cometh not with observation: Neither shall they say, Lo here! or, lo there! for, behold, the kingdom of God is within you. And he said unto the disciples, The days will come, when ye shall desire to see one of the days of the Son of man, and ye shall not see [it]. And they shall say to you, See here; or, see there: go not after [them], nor follow [them]. For as the lightning, that lighteneth out of the one [part] under heaven, shineth unto the other [part] under heaven; so shall also the Son of man be in his day. But first must he suffer many things, and be rejected of this generation" (Luke 17:20-25). Even in this generation Jesus is suffering from the rejection by the elders, and chief priests, or the leaders of our churches, and the scribes, who lead His members by the philosophies and the traditions of men, and not by the principles GOD has established in and by HIS Word.

Through the vessel Paul The Word counseled us and said, "Wherefore, holy brethren, partakers of the heavenly calling, consider the Apostle and High Priest of our profession, Christ Jesus; Who was faithful to him that appointed him, as also Moses [was faithful] in all his house. For this [man] was counted worthy of more glory than Moses, inasmuch as he who hath builded the house hath more honour than the house. For every house is builded by some [man]; but he that built all things [is] God. And Moses verily [was] faithful in all his house, as a servant, for a testimony of those things which were to be spoken after; But Christ as a son over his own house; whose house are we, if we hold fast the confidence and the rejoicing of the hope firm unto the end.

"Wherefore (as the Holy Ghost saith, To day if ye will hear his voice, Harden not your hearts, as in the provocation, in the day of temptation in the wilderness: When your fathers tempted me, proved me, and saw my works forty years. Wherefore I was grieved with that generation, and said, They do alway err in [their] heart; and they have not known my ways. So I sware in my wrath, They shall not enter into my rest.) Take heed, brethren, lest there be in any of you an evil heart of unbelief, in departing from the living God. But exhort one another daily, while it is called To day; lest any of you be hardened through the deceitfulness of sin. For we are made partakers of Christ, if we hold the beginning of our confidence stedfast unto the end; While it is said, To day if ye will hear his voice, harden not your hearts, as in the provocation. For some, when they had heard, did provoke: howbeit not all that came out of Egypt by Moses. But with whom was he grieved forty years? [was it] not with them that had sinned, whose carcases fell in the wilderness? And to whom sware he that they should not enter into his rest, but to them that believed not? So we see that they could not enter in because of unbelief" (Hebrews 3:1-19).

How many are holding to the beginning of
our confidence stedfast unto the end?

Both vessels are in the shadow and darkness, of the adversary, who
has blinded the minds of men from receiving The Light of GOD'S Word. Yet,
The Light of GOD shines from the vessels, who received HIM through Him.

Now let me ask a question based on The Word of GOD through the vessel Paul. It was revealed through him, that GOD--The Father commanded The Light of Christ--HIS Son to shine out of darkness--those, who have received The Light and Life of Christ in them, to preach His Gospel to every man's conscience in the site of GOD. But The Gospel is hid from the conscience of men--in darkness and death by the god of this earth. The question is What Image of The Godhead, has The Light of GOD'S Word Manifested to the conscience of men in darkness to The Gospel of Christ? How many within The Godhead do we see represented in the picture presented by Scripture?

From the evidence of The Scripture of The Word of GOD, we see GOD, WHO has given The Gift of HIS Only Begotten Son to all, who believe in Him, that we might become children of GOD. But we see also an angel, who declared himself to be a god, with The Father and HIS Son Jesus Christ. This angel has blinded, or eclipse The Light and Life of GOD'S Glory in Christ, to cause darkness and death to all, who are kept from receiving The Truth of GOD'S Word in their hearts. From this picture of The Scripture of The Word of GOD, there appears to be three in the godhead with those, who are saved and those, who are lost. But The Truth of GOD'S Word has revealed that there is only The Father and HIS Son, and those, who have received GOD'S Son, to partake of His Nature by His Own Spirit in them. And the god of this world, the adversary, who blinded the minds of men from receiving The Gospel of Christ that they might be lost in unbelief.

Through the vessel John The Word of GOD said, "Let not your heart be troubled: ye believe in God, believe also in me. In my Father's house are many mansions: if [it were] not [so], I would have told you" (John 14:1,2). If there were another Third Divine Being, Would He not have told us to believe also in this Third Divine Being? Why did Jesus not admonished us to believe also in a third Divine Being? Here again, we see where it could be said that Jesus dishonored The Third Member of the Godhead, by not admonishing us to believe in someone else. But this would be a false statement, because if there were a Third Member with The Father and Himself, then He would have told us. So to worship GOD with a third image in union with The Father and The Son is a worship that dishonors The Father, WHO has revealed The Truth to us by HIS Word of Truth.

When we fail to trust and believe in GOD, to lean rather on our own understanding, then we do not acknowledge HIS Word, Who leads us in His Path of Righteousness, but follow our own understanding into the path of evil. A case of reference to used as an example; when Jesus said to His disciples, “Let these sayings sink down into your ears: for the Son of man shall be delivered into the hands of men. But they understood not this saying, and it was hid from them, that they perceived it not: and they feared to ask him of that saying” (Luke 9:44,45). Rather than seeking understanding of What GOD The Father was seeking to deliver to them through and by The Spirit of HIS Word in the Flesh among His disciple; Luke testified that, "...there arose a reasoning among them, which of them should be greatest” (Luke 9:46).

The same problem takes place in our churches today. When this passage of Scripture is quoted, men fail to make the connection to what Jesus was revealing to His disciples. They first jump to the conclusion that He was speaking of being betrayed into the hands of men, when this was not the focus of What He was seeking to deliver deep down into their hearts. Even many of the translations of the Bible, including the New Bibles have changed the word “delivered” to the word “betrayed”, which has nothing to do with the contexts of What GOD was seeking to reveal to men by HIS Word. They therefore miss The Gift that was being delivered to them, and fulfilled the adversary's desire to blind their minds to betray The Gift of GOD, Who was being delivered to their own hearts. For if we were to go back and look carefully at What was being revealed to them, we would see the same word being used in its’ context to get the full meaning.

Luke testified of The Word of GOD and said, “And it came to pass, that on the next day, when they were come down from the hill, much people met him. And, behold, a man of the company cried out, saying, Master, I beseech thee, look upon my son: for he is mine only child. And, lo, a spirit taketh him, and he suddenly crieth out; and it teareth him that he foameth again, and bruising him hardly departeth from him. And I besought thy disciples to cast him out; and they could not. And Jesus answering said, O faithless and perverse generation, how long shall I be with you, and suffer you? Bring thy son hither. And as he was yet a coming, the devil threw him down, and tare [him]. And Jesus rebuked the unclean spirit, and healed the child, and DELIVERED him again to his father. And they were all amazed at the mighty power of God. But while they wondered every one at all things which Jesus did, he said unto his disciples, Let these sayings sink down into your ears: for the Son of man shall be DELIVERED into the hands of men” (Luke 9:37-44).

As Jesus CHRIST rebuked the unclean spirit, and healed the child, and delivered the child back to his father; He came into this world of sin, to rebuked the unclean spirit of the devil out of us, to heal us, and deliver us with Himself back to His Father, WHO works HIS Will by HIS Only Begotten Son, Whom HE has sent. Notice that if we were to use the same word “delivered” and re-place it with the word “betrayed”, it would not make sense in the text. Jesus did not rebuke the unclean spirit, healed the child, and then betrayed him again to his father. This miss placement of the text would not fit well also with The Spirit of The Word, Whom The Father wanted to deliver into the hearts of His disciples and our hearts. For if there were no interruption of The Thought of The Spirit of Christ being planted by their hearing of faith into their hearts, they would have received The Word of Understanding to bear fruit at that time. For He said to them, “Let these sayings sink down into your ears: for the Son of man shall be delivered into the hands of men.” “...Whosoever shall receive this child in my name receiveth me: and whosoever shall receive me receiveth him that sent me: for he that is least among you all, the same shall be great” (Luke 9:44,48).

Notice that according to principles that GOD has established by HIS Word, there is no Third Divine Spirit that is received between Christ and the child, or disciple, who is sent in His Name. And there is no Third Divine Being that is received between The Father and Christ, Who is received through the child, or the disciple, sent in His Name. The only person, or persons that are received other than The Father and The Son are those, who co labor with Christ and are sent in His Name to do His Will by His Own Spirit in us. If we reject them, who were filled with His Spirit in them, then we are rejecting The Bible, or The Word of GOD, Who in revealed through all those witnesses, who have received Him. Because all that is written in The Scriptures come from GOD speaking by HIS Word through the prophets, or the disciples, who received HIS Word, or heard HIS Voice, and through them The Spirit of Christ was written of HIM by Him in their hearts. Mark, who received Him, reveals a perfect example of the principles Christ established, and how we receive, or reject Him as they did. He said, “Now when [Jesus] was risen early the first [day] of the week, he appeared first to Mary Magdalene, out of whom he had cast seven devils. [And] she went and told them that had been with him, as they mourned and wept. And they, when they had heard that he was alive, and had been seen of her, believed not. After that he appeared in another form unto two of them, as they walked, and went into the country. And they went and told [it] unto the residue: neither believed they them” (Mark 16:9-13).

Notice that Jesus sent in His Name, Mary Magdalene to share His Spirit of Joy to His disciples, who mourned and wept, because of His death. But she was sent to reveal to them that He was raised from the dead. But they did not believe The Spirit of Joy, Who was being delivered to them through her. Jesus appeared also to two other disciples as they walked on the road to Emmaus. He sent them also in His Name with the Good News of His resurrection, but the other disciples did not believe, or receive Him by them either. Notice what happened next. Mark testified and said, “Afterward he appeared unto the eleven as they sat at meat, and upbraided them with their unbelief and hardness of heart, because they believed not them which had seen him after he was risen. And he said unto them, Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature. He that believeth and is baptized shall be saved; but he that believeth not shall be damned. And these signs shall follow them that believe; In my name shall they cast out devils; they shall speak with new tongues; They shall take up serpents; and if they drink any deadly thing, it shall not hurt them; they shall lay hands on the sick, and they shall recover. So then after the Lord had spoken unto them, he was received up into heaven, and sat on the right hand of God. And they went forth, and preached every where, the Lord working with [them], and confirming the word with signs following. Amen” (Mark 16:14-20).

All these signs are possible to those, who believe in Him, and have united their hearts with GOD through and with HIS Word in their hearts. Jesus upbraided, or chastised His disciples with words of rebuke in the same way that He rebuked the unclean spirit from the child, because of their unbelief and hardness of heart to believe those, who were sent in His Name. Then He said to them to go into all the world to do the same as those, who shared The Word of Life with them. If we believe What they have shared of The Word of GOD, and are immersed in His Spirit, then we shall be saved. But if we fail to believe What He has revealed to us through them, then we shall be damned according to GOD’S Word through them. Notice also that although Christ was sitting at the right hand of The Father in heaven, He, Who has received all Power in both heaven and earth, He with The Father was working with His disciples on earth confirming The Word through them with signs following. It was not a Third Divine Being, who was working between Him and His disciples. The Word of GOD said through vessel Paul, “...For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved. How then shall they call on him in whom they have not believed? and how shall they believe in him of whom they have not heard? and how shall they hear without a preacher? And how shall they preach, except they be sent? as it is written, How beautiful are the feet of them that preach the gospel of peace, and bring glad tidings of good things! But they have not all obeyed the gospel. For Esaias saith, Lord, who hath believed our report? So then faith [cometh] by hearing, and hearing by the word of God” (Romans 10:13-17).

As vessels, who receive GOD'S Word in our hearts, and
believe His report of What He has seen and heard of GOD, we will
shine The Light of GOD'S Word to all, who will received Him
by HIS Word in us and through us to His Glory.

Notice that it was God the Father, WHO revealed to the church that it was HIS will that all the angels of God were to worship HIS Son as God. We now know today that not all the angels of God obeyed HIM in following HIS will. In fact many in the world are rejecting The Truth to follow the adversary. But to those who follow the will of God, Jesus, the Son of God said, "I came forth from the Father, and am come into the world: again, I leave the world, and go to the Father" (John 16:28). He also said, "...I ascend unto my Father, and your Father; and [to] my God, and your God" (John 20:17). With these words of record in the Scripture, it should be clear that Jesus came from His throne at His Father side to come and save man by becoming One with us, and restoring Life and Light to our darkness and death. yet, many ignore the Word of Truth, to believe in the philosophies and the traditions of men.

As the world celebrates the birth of Christ, which took place over 2000 years ago, would it not be the Greatest Gift from GOD to men, if we were to receive HIS Gift of Light and Life in our hearts, rather than the darkness and death that comes from remaining separated from GOD and HIS Word? I pray that we will choose HIM and HIS Word over the things that the enemy has pushed in our faces, to blind us from seeing and receiving The True Gift of GOD and HIS Heart to our hearts. Amen.
