(We pray Father that we might receive The Truth YOU have revealed to our hearts, and understand and believe The Revelation YOU have given, we pray, Amen.)

To begin this study on "Receiving The Spirit of Truth", I will ask this question, "Are all within the church receiving and following The Truth on The Revelation of The Holy Spirit? How do we know if we are among those, who have received The Revelation of The Holy Spirit?"

Take careful notice that I am not questioning, nor have I questioned the reality of there being a Spirit, Who is Holy. I am however questioning the conclusion that have formed the doctrines that have led to the spiritual darkness within the church during The Dark Ages, and from which, many within the church today continue to base their belief, which the evidence of Scripture does not support. As we continue to weigh The evidence of Scripture from both The Old and New Testament that supports The Truth, then maybe we can be more objective in building our faith before looking at the verse of Scripture that is blindly misinterpreted by the wisdom of men. For without faith, we cannot please GOD, neither can we comprehend HIS Word, or the teachings of Christ.

Without the gift of faith to see the overwhelming evidence that GOD has presented to us in receiving HIS Truth, the one verse, as interpreted by men have caused many in the church to receive and follow a teaching not supported by Scripture. To this day, men continue to interpret the Scripture to fit the understanding, as presented by one verse. As a result, their hearts are not open to the receiving of The Spirit of Truth, because they have not seen with the heart the evidence of the unseen.

Click to understand the problem

As it was revealed to Nicodemus and to us through His servant John, "Jesus answered, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born of water and [of] the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God. That which is born of the flesh is flesh; and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit" (John 3:5,6).

If it is crucial for us to be born of The Spirit to enter The Kingdom of GOD, then it is also crucial that we receive The True Spirit by Whom we are born of GOD into His Kingdom. For it is written, "It is the spirit that quickeneth; the flesh profiteth nothing: the words that I speak unto you, [they] are spirit, and [they] are life. But there are some of you that believe not. For Jesus knew from the beginning who they were that believed not, and who should betray him. And he said, Therefore said I unto you, that no man can come unto me, except it were given unto him of my Father. From that [time] many of his disciples went back, and walked no more with him" (John 6:63-66).

Could it be that many within the church have turned, and are walking away from Christ, because of the teachings already received within their hearts from men, who were blinded to The Truth? To answer this question, The Word of Life says, "As [is] the earthy, such [are] they also that are earthy: and as [is] the heavenly, such [are] they also that are heavenly. And as we have borne the image of the earthy, we shall also bear the image of the heavenly. Now this I say, brethren, that flesh and blood cannot inherit the kingdom of God; neither doth corruption inherit incorruption" (1 Corinthians 15:48-50).

If our flesh and blood is an earthly image, which cannot inherit The Kingdom of GOD, how then do we change into The Image of The Heavenly, that we might inherit The Kingdom of GOD?

Paul testified of The Word and said, "Now the Lord is that Spirit: and where the Spirit of the Lord [is], there [is] liberty. But we all, with open face beholding as in a glass the glory of the Lord, are changed into the same image from glory to glory, [even] as by the Spirit of the Lord" (2 Corinthians 3:17,18).

Could it be that by not beholding by faith the glory of The Lord and receiving in our hearts The Testimony of HIS Word, the earthy image of flesh and blood cannot convert to The Image of Him, through Whom The Father speak and communicates to our hearts? If The Father revealed The Spirit of Truth to Paul, who received and testified from his heart The Truth of The Spirit, then it is also possible for HIM to reveal The Holy Spirit to those, who will answer the called to be the elect of The Spirit in these last days. However, if the children of Israel, who, as a nation rejected The Gift of GOD, to be called HIS people, to make known to the world The gospel of HIS Son, then it is possible that many in the church, who claim to be the followers of Christ could reject The Truth The Father has revealed, to follow the wisdom of men, which leads to darkness and eventually death if there is no repentance?

How then do we know if we have received The Revelation of The Holy Spirit, or if we have rejected The Spirit of Truth, Whom The Father has revealed?

Through His servant Paul, it has been revealed that "...The wrath of God is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men, who hold the truth in unrighteousness; Because that which may be known of God is manifest in them; for God hath shewed [it] unto them" (Romans 1:18,19).

Notice that GOD has not only revealed The Truth of HIMSELF to men, but has also revealed that, which may be known of HIM in the hearts of men that we might know The Truth of GOD for ourselves. However, if that which is being proclaimed and believed by men is different from The Revelation HE has given, it could be a sign of our rejection, or our blindness to The Truth. If it is blindness to The Truth, should we as brothers and sister in Christ keep silent and bear not witness to The Truth HE has revealed by HIS Gift of Faith? If we care and love each other, as we say we do, would we show our love for each other by standing by and watch as our brothers and sisters walk in darkness away from The Truth GOD has revealed?

Of The Word, Who is The Spirit and Express Image of The Father, Paul testified and said, "...The invisible things of him from the creation of the world are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, [even] his eternal power and Godhead; so that they are without excuse: Because that, when they knew God, they glorified [him] not as God, neither were thankful; but became vain in their imaginations, and their foolish heart was darkened" (Romans 1:20,21).

Could it be that The Word has testified and has revealed in Himself The invisible things of The Father, WHO is seen clearly and is understood through the things He has made, including HIS Eternal Power and GODHEAD? Could it be that this verse of Scripture supports and confirms the concept given to us as the definition of faith? For The Word said, "Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen. For by it the elders obtained a good report. Through faith we understand that the worlds were framed by the word of God, so that things which are seen were not made of things which do appear" (Hebrews 11:1-3).

Notice that by faith, the elders have obtained a good report, or they bore The Good Fruit of the gospel, or The Testimony of Christ through them that He might share with us That Which they have received from The Father through Him. It is for this reason that The Word through their testimony have said, "But without faith [it is] impossible to please [him]: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and [that] he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him" (Hebrews 11:6).
By this testimony of The Word, it is clear that no man can come to The Father, or please The Father without first receiving and believing in his heart The Testimony of Him, Whom HE has sent.

To address the dilemma of not receiving The Spirit of Truth, Paul testified and said, "How then shall they call on him in whom they have not believed? and how shall they believe in him of whom they have not heard? and how shall they hear without a preacher? And how shall they preach, except they be sent? as it is written, How beautiful are the feet of them that preach the gospel of peace, and bring glad tidings of good things! But they have not all obeyed the gospel. For Esaias saith, Lord, who hath believed our report? So then faith [cometh] by hearing, and hearing by the word of God" (Romans 10:14-18).

From this report, it is clear that not all, who have prayed to GOD, have received in their hearts The Spirit of Truth, because of their unbelief in not seeing and receiving That, Which GOD has revealed. If The Spirit of Truth has not taken root in our hearts, then we cannot represent to the hearts of men Him, Whom The Father has sent. If the receiving of Faith is based on the hearing of The Word that we might know The Father through The Spirit of Truth, Whom HE has sent, then, our faith in GOD could be misleading if our faith is based on the wisdom of men, who believe not in The Testimony HE has revealed of HIS Son through those, who present to us His gospel. And if by faith we are rewarded of GOD to see the invisible things of GOD, then faith is a Gift from GOD to those, who are diligently seeking HIM that they might Know HIM and represent by faith Him, Whom HE has sent.

A parable of our diligent prayers to GOD
and the revealed answer by faith.

Is The Father today bearing long with HIS elect, as HE did with the children of Israel in the wilderness? IS the elect crying unto HIM day and night to receive from HIM our daily Bread? Are we receiving today The Gift of GOD, Who comes from above to bless us according to our faith in Him? When He The Spirit of Truth comes from The Father in answer to our prayers, well He find faith upon the earth?

That, Which was sown in his heart to feed the church at Corinth, Paul testified and said, "...I would not that ye should be ignorant, how that all our fathers were under the cloud, and all passed through the sea; And were all baptized unto Moses in the cloud and in the sea; And did all eat the same spiritual meat; And did all drink the same spiritual drink: for they drank of that spiritual Rock that followed them: and that Rock was Christ. But with many of them God was not well pleased: for they were overthrown in the wilderness. Now these things were our examples, to the intent we should not lust after evil things, as they also lusted".

"Neither be ye idolaters, as [were] some of them; as it is written, The people sat down to eat and drink, and rose up to play. Neither let us commit fornication, as some of them committed, and fell in one day three and twenty thousand. Neither let us tempt Christ, as some of them also tempted, and were destroyed of serpents. Neither murmur ye, as some of them also murmured, and were destroyed of the destroyer. Now all these things happened unto them for ensamples: and they are written for our admonition, upon whom the ends of the world are come. Wherefore let him that thinketh he standeth take heed lest he fall" (1 Corinthians 10:1-12).

If the children of Israel drank and ate of The Same Spiritual Water and Bread that is given of GOD to those, who diligently seek HIM in prayer, then what was it that caused the children of Israel to be overthrown in the wilderness and could cause the church today to do the same?

Paul pointed out some evil things that were displeasing to GOD, which we should avoid doing to not follow in their footsteps. The first thing that was brought to our attention through the testimony of Paul, is the problem of idolatry, which the majority in the Christian church will not address, because they do not think that they are now worshiping idols, or a false image in the place of The Lord, Whom The Father has sent. They would not think of this, because of the error in the interpretation of the one verse in all of Scriptures that teaches something different in the way it is interpreted. And because of this error in the interpretation, the majority of the Christian churches are now committing spiritual idolatry, because they confess not in their hearts to The Truth GOD has revealed to us of HIS Son. As Peter confessed to his faith that Jesus is The Son of The Living GOD, like wise, in order for us to enter The kingdom of GOD, we must by Faith confess and know by Whom we are born of GOD into HIS Kingdom.

With The Word of GOD speaking to the church through His friend Paul, and his witness of The Word to the church, Paul testified and said, "Wherefore, holy brethren, partakers of the heavenly calling, consider the Apostle and High Priest of our profession, Christ Jesus; Who was faithful to him that appointed him, as also Moses [was faithful] in all his house. For this [man] was counted worthy of more glory than Moses, inasmuch as he who hath builded the house hath more honour than the house. For every house is builded by some [man]; but he that built all things [is] God. And Moses verily [was] faithful in all his house, as a servant, for a testimony of those things which were to be spoken after; But Christ as a son over his own house; whose house are we, if we hold fast the confidence and the rejoicing of the hope firm unto the end" (Hebrews 3:1-6).

How much clearer could GOD through The Vine of HIS Word, to His friend Paul, whom He has called, reveal The Truth to us? For by Paul The Truth is made clear to us that it was Christ, and not someone else, Who followed and walked with His elect in the wilderness on their journey to the promise land. He has made it clear that we are not to worship idols, or to tempt Christ, as many of them did. For we are called to be partakers with him in the heavenly calling and profession with Christ, Who has been appointed by The Father to be The Apostle and High Priest of us all. He is the Builder of His Own house, which we are. And if He is The Door and Dwelling to The Father, WHO sent Him, and we are the building, which He has built without hands, as a house for Himself, then He is The Occupant of His holy dwelling, which we are, if we continue to hold fast the confidence and the rejoicing of the hope firm unto the end. If we are partakers with Him in His profession, then He has made us Holy, by becoming The Occupant of His dwelling, which we are.

In testifying to us, as being the dwelling place of Him, Who has called him to His profession, Paul said, "Wherefore (as the Holy Ghost saith, To day if ye will hear his voice, Harden not your hearts, as in the provocation, in the day of temptation in the wilderness: When your fathers tempted me, proved me, and saw my works forty years. Wherefore I was grieved with that generation, and said, They do alway err in [their] heart; and they have not known my ways. So I sware in my wrath, They shall not enter into my rest.) Take heed, brethren, lest there be in any of you an evil heart of unbelief, in departing from the living God. But exhort one another daily, while it is called To day; lest any of you be hardened through the deceitfulness of sin. For we are made partakers of Christ, if we hold the beginning of our confidence stedfast unto the end" (Hebrews 3:7-14).

As called out ones from the ways of the world to be partakers with Christ, do we know and follow Him, as The only Way, Whom The Father has revealed? Are we holding steadfast to our confidence in Him, as at the beginning of His call to be His church? Are we answering the call to be partakers with Him in His profession?

Notice the condition, in which many, who were called to be the elect of God have placed themselves. By departing from the Living GOD through their acceptance of error, in the same way that Eve accepted the forbidden fruit, they will not be able to enter into HIS Rest, because they knew not and followed not HIS Way to extend HIS Kingdom here on earth. As a result of the error planted in their hearts, many have hardened their hearts in unbelief against The Spirit of Truth.

As a partaker of The House, Which Christ has made His dwelling, and through whom He has called many to be His church, John the Baptist hearing The Voice of GOD, testified to the church and said, "...A man can receive nothing, except it be given him from heaven. Ye yourselves bear me witness, that I said, I am not the Christ, but that I am sent before him. He that hath the bride is the bridegroom: but the friend of the bridegroom, which standeth and heareth him, rejoiceth greatly because of the bridegroom's voice: this my joy therefore is fulfilled. He must increase, but I [must] decrease" (John 3:27-30).

Notice that John the Baptist had testified of hearing and receiving from above Him, Who planted in his heart the message of our high calling. He was sent with The Message to be received in our hearts, that we have The Power of GOD to go forth before HIS Face to do His Will. For The Word of GOD is The Power and The Connecting Vine, Who connects His friends, who do His Will to The Father, WHO sent Him. And The Father sent HIS Word that HE might accomplish HIS Will in those, Who bears HIS Fruit and serve Him, as partakers with Him in His Holy profession. For without Him, we can do nothing.

Having been fill in his heart with HIS Fruit of Joy, from the hearing of His voice, John testified and said, "He that cometh from above is above all: he that is of the earth is earthly, and speaketh of the earth: he that cometh from heaven is above all. And what he hath seen and heard, that he testifieth; and no man receiveth his testimony. He that hath received his testimony hath set to his seal that God is true. For he whom God hath sent speaketh the words of God: for God giveth not the Spirit by measure [unto him]. The Father loveth the Son, and hath given all things into his hand" (John 3:31-35).

In his testimony, John made it clear that he was being sent before Him, or being sent on the behalf of Christ, that The Will of GOD might be accomplished through him. He also recognized that he could not bear fruit, or bring honor to GOD on his own, except he received The Power of God from The Father that He might do HIS Will through him. The Power, Which is given from above, John recognized as being The Gift of GOD, Who is from above and is above all. For The Father has not measured out to Him a portion of HIS OWN SPIRIT and POWER, but have made Him a Partaker with HIMSELF by giving into His hand all things, because HE loves HIS Son. And because John answered the call to be a partaker with Christ, he recognized that all, who will receive His Testimony in the heart and believe in what He has seen and heard from The Father through him, then they also will become a partaker with Christ through the receiving of Him, Whom HE has sent to do His Will through us. To accomplish His call to our brothers and sisters through us, He must increase, and we must decrease.

Partakers in His Holy profession.

Could it be that by partaking of The Spiritual Drink, and The Bread of Life, we have received The Heavenly Gift, Which is The Lord Jesus Christ, Who builds us up into His Spiritual House, to minister His Testimony to those, who would answer His call?

As the apostles of Christ answered the call to be Holy, by allowing The Holy Messenger to abide and work through them, likewise Paul and his brother in Christ was sent with an Holy Calling to the divided church in Corinth that through them The Lord might call His own unto Himself, that the church might take heed not according to the enticing words of man's wisdom, but according to The Word, Who is sent of GOD in them. Being sanctified in Christ Jesus, The Holy Messenger of GOD to men, John and the other disciples testified and said, "That which was from the beginning, which we have heard, which we have seen with our eyes, which we have looked upon, and our hands have handled, of the Word of life; (For the life was manifested, and we have seen [it], and bear witness, and shew unto you that eternal life, which was with the Father, and was manifested unto us;) That which we have seen and heard declare we unto you, that ye also may have fellowship with us: and truly our fellowship [is] with the Father, and with his Son Jesus Christ. (1John 1:1-5).

Notice that the disciples have testified to us of The Gift they have received from The Father, or He, Who was delivered to them from above. He, Who is from the beginning, they have received by hearing Him deep down within their ears that with their eyes, they might really seen Him for Who He is. And once they saw Him for Who He is, then and only then could they receive Him in their hands and handled Him correctly to others. For He is The Word of Life, Whom The Father has revealed unto them, that they by receiving HIS Revelation of HIS Word, might bear witness and represent to us not What they thought they saw and heard, but Him, Whom The Father has revealed to them. And What they have represented to us is Eternal Life, The Same Revelation, Who was with The Father from the beginning. And What they have seen and heard, they were careful to redeliver unto us that we also might have fellowship with them. For they were clear to us in their report of What they have seen and heard, that we might be with them in the fellowship with The Father and HIS Son.

If men do not receive The same Revelation from those, who are called to be partakers of GOD'S Word, can we truly say that we are all of One fellowship with HIM, by HIS Word? Could the answer to this be the reason that John wept in seeing The Sealed Book, Which no man could open? With great concern for the believers at Corinth, Paul testified and said, "...I beseech you, brethren, by the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, that ye all speak the same thing, and [that] there be no divisions among you; but [that] ye be perfectly joined together in the same mind and in the same judgment" (1 Corinthians 1:10).

Joined together in The Same Mind and The Same Judgment

If the church, is not glorifying Jesus Christ by having The Same Mind and Judgment, can The Holy Ghost be poured out upon all flesh through the church to bless the nations with His Spirit?

Notice that out of those, who shall believe on Him, shall flow rivers of Living Water, because they have received Him, Whom The Father has Sent. He is The Water of Life, Who flows through us with The Same Mind and Judgment, if we hold the beginning of our confidence stedfast unto the end. The question some might be asking is this, "Why was the Holy Ghost not yet given?"

According to The Word through His servant John, it was because Jesus was not yet glorified that prevented The Spirit from being given. From this answer, some might be asking the question, "How do we give glory to Jesus in His church today?"

The answer is simple; We follow The Example He has revealed to us in Himself, in The Way He glorified The Father in Himself. He said, "I have manifested thy name unto the men which thou gavest me out of the world: thine they were, and thou gavest them me; and they have kept thy word. Now they have known that all things whatsoever thou hast given me are of thee. For I have given unto them the words which thou gavest me; and they have received [them], and have known surely that I came out from thee, and they have believed that thou didst send me. I pray for them: I pray not for the world, but for them which thou hast given me; for they are thine. And all mine are thine, and thine are mine; and I am glorified in them" (John 17:6-10).

"For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved. He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God" (John 3:16-18). He was in the world, and the world was made by him, and the world knew him not. He came unto his own, and his own received him not. But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, [even] to them that believe on his name: Which were born, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God" (John 1:10-13).

The Question of Judgment to men is this?

Are we re-presenting to the world what The Father has revealed of HIMSELF in HIS Son? Will we fear GOD by honoring and giving glory to HIS Son, Whom HE has Sent? Have we heard HIS Voice to partake of the heavenly calling to represent His Testimony through us? Is it our desire to be perfectly joined together with GOD by receiving The Same Mind and Judgment of HIS Son that He might manifest through us The Fatherís NAME?

May it be by His Grace and Power that we submit ourselves to Him, that He might increase and fulfill in us the Will of The Father through us. Amen.
