Are we proclaiming to the world the heavenly calling,
of joining in the work of Christ Profession?

To say yes at this time, would mean that the church in these last days have understood The Great Commission of the gospel to the world, and have been faithful to The Profession of The Heavenly Calling with Christ. But the evidence has shown that the church, like the children of Israel, have been kept in darkness from receiving The Light of Truth, that we with them in these last days might not proclaim The Revelation Jesus has revealed to the church in the early days.

It was revealed by John that Jesus "...was in the world, and the world was made by him, and the world knew him not. He came unto his own, and his own received him not" (John 1:10,11). Since the giving of The Gospel Commission to the church in the early days, some might think that the times have changed, and many are coming to The Lord by receiving The Knowledge of HIS Truth. Yet, His church is diverse in many ways, believing and teaching things that are not sanctified by The LORD through HIS Word.

Before Jesus sent His disciples into the world with The Gospel, He testified and said to them, "...Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature. He that believeth and is baptized shall be saved; but he that believeth not shall be damned" (Mark 16:15,16). The Commission given to the church is to go to the whole world, and proclaim the gospel to all, that whoever believe the Gospel and is baptized by The SPIRIT through HIS Word shall be saved. But whoever believe not the gospel, he or she will be lost forever without The Gift of Eternal Life. The question we should be seeking an answer for is this...

What are we to believe to be saved?
What is the gospel that was given to
the church to proclaim to the world?

Is it the message being presented today?

In His commission to the church, which is sent to the world, Jesus revealed to the church what we are to preach. He said "Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you..." (Matthew 28:20), He said, "Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven. Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works? And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity.

"Therefore whosoever heareth these sayings of mine, and doeth them, I will liken him unto a wise man, which built his house upon a rock: And the rain descended, and the floods came, and the winds blew, and beat upon that house; and it fell not: for it was founded upon a rock. And every one that heareth these sayings of mine, and doeth them not, shall be likened unto a foolish man, which built his house upon the sand: And the rain descended, and the floods came, and the winds blew, and beat upon that house; and it fell: and great was the fall of it" (Matthew 7:24-27).

According to this Saying, whosoever will hear The Spirit and do HIS Will, WHO sent Him, he or she is like a wise man, who built his house upon a Rock. But many are being told today by many within the church that you only have to believe and you will be saved. Yet, The Word has said, if one should hear The Spirit and do not HIS Will, he or she is like a foolish man, who builds his house upon the sand, the house of whom will fall when the flood come and beat upon that house. Today, with the many sayings out there that are seeking to baptize the hearts of men to depart from The Faith that was once delivered to the Church, those, who are not founded upon The Rock of GOD Holy Word (HIS Spirit), they will be swept away by the wisdom and traditions of men.

After receiving the Commands to teach the children of Israel to observe The Will of GOD, The LORD said to Moses, "O that there were such an heart in them, that they would fear me, and keep all my commandments always, that it might be well with them, and with their children for ever! Go say to them, Get you into your tents again. But as for thee, stand thou here by me, and I will speak unto thee all the commandments, and the statutes, and the judgments, which thou shalt teach them, that they may do [them] in the land which I give them to possess it. Ye shall observe to do therefore as the LORD your God hath commanded you: ye shall not turn aside to the right hand or to the left. Ye shall walk in all the ways which the LORD your God hath commanded you, that ye may live, and [that it may be] well with you, and [that] ye may prolong [your] days in the land which ye shall possess" (Deuteronomy 5:29-33).

Is The keeping of the Commandments one of the teachings that Jesus has commanded His church to observe? Yet, many are saying that it was given only to the Jews and not to the New Testament Church. But did not Jesus say to those, who followed Him, "If ye love me, keep my commandments" (John 14:15). Was it not to the Church, which was established by Him that He said this saying?

Through Moses The LORD said, "What thing soever I command you, observe to do it: thou shalt not add thereto, nor diminish from it" (Deuteronomy 12:32). In other words, we can not add to HIS Commands or take away from That, Which The LORD has instructed us by HIS Word and still say that we are keeping and doing HIS Will. To help guide His sheep in The Will of GOD, The LORD by HIS Word lead HIS children by those, whom HE has called into His service.

Through Paul in his letter to Ephesus, it was revealed that "He that descended is the same also that ascended up far above all heavens, that he might fill all things.) And he gave some, apostles; and some, prophets; and some, evangelists; and some, pastors and teachers; For the perfecting of the saints, for the work of the ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ: Till we all come in the unity of the faith, and of the knowledge of the Son of God, unto a perfect man, unto the measure of the stature of the fulness of Christ: That we [henceforth] be no more children, tossed to and fro, and carried about with every wind of doctrine, by the sleight of men, [and] cunning craftiness, whereby they lie in wait to deceive;

"But speaking the truth in love, may grow up into him in all things, which is the head, [even] Christ: From whom the whole body fitly joined together and compacted by that which every joint supplieth, according to the effectual working in the measure of every part, maketh increase of the body unto the edifying of itself in love. This I say therefore, and testify in the Lord, that ye henceforth walk not as other Gentiles walk, in the vanity of their mind, Having the understanding darkened, being alienated from the life of God through the ignorance that is in them, because of the blindness of their heart: Who being past feeling have given themselves over unto lasciviousness, to work all uncleanness with greediness.

"But ye have not so learned Christ; If so be that ye have heard him, and have been taught by him, as the truth is in Jesus: That ye put off concerning the former conversation the old man, which is corrupt according to the deceitful lusts; And be renewed in the spirit of your mind; And that ye put on the new man, which after God is created in righteousness and true holiness. Wherefore putting away lying, speak every man truth with his neighbour: for we are members one of another. Be ye angry, and sin not: let not the sun go down upon your wrath: Neither give place to the devil.

"Let him that stole steal no more: but rather let him labour, working with [his] hands the thing which is good, that he may have to give to him that needeth. Let no corrupt communication proceed out of your mouth, but that which is good to the use of edifying, that it may minister grace unto the hearers. And grieve not the holy Spirit of God, whereby ye are sealed unto the day of redemption. Let all bitterness, and wrath, and anger, and clamour, and evil speaking, be put away from you, with all malice: And be ye kind one to another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, even as God for Christ's sake hath forgiven you" (Ephesians 4:10-32).

Through Paul it is revealed that Christ ascended to heaven to fill all things. It is for the same purpose that He sent the members of His body, as witnesses of The Truth into the world to do the same. He did not sent them into the world to fill the heart of men with the wisdom of men, but with The Name of The Father and The Son, for He said, ...this is life eternal, that they might know thee the only true God, and Jesus Christ, whom thou hast sent. I have glorified thee on the earth: I have finished the work which thou gavest me to do. And now, O Father, glorify thou me with thine own self with the glory which I had with thee before the world was. I have manifested thy name unto the men which thou gavest me out of the world: thine they were, and thou gavest them me; and they have kept thy word" (John 17:3-6).

If we have kept HIS Word, Whom HE has sent, then we are filled to overflowing with The Spirit, Who is of HIS Son, Whom HE has sent to reveal HIS Name in and through us to the world. Through Luke, who received The Word, or The Spirit, Who is of GOD, The Word said, "...These [are] the words which I spake unto you, while I was yet with you, that all things must be fulfilled, which were written in the law of Moses, and [in] the prophets, and [in] the psalms, concerning me. Then opened he their understanding, that they might understand the scriptures, And said unto them, Thus it is written, and thus it behoved Christ to suffer, and to rise from the dead the third day: And that repentance and remission of sins should be preached in his name among all nations, beginning at Jerusalem. And ye are witnesses of these things"(Luke 24:44-48).

If we believe and understand what The Father has revealed to us through HIS Word, Whom HE has sent, then we have believed and have accepted The Testimony of HIS Word, Who has made Himself known to us through all, who have received Him, and have been sealed together with them in the fellowship of HIS Son, Who has saved us together as one in Him to the glory and praise of His Name. Amen.
