Key examples that reveal the Truth
about The Revelation of Jesus Christ

It was revealed that it was not for the prophets to understand The Things that were being minister through them unto us, which are now reported unto us by those, who preach the gospel with the Holy Ghost being The Power from heaven to reveal those things, which even the angels desired to look into. For The Things that were being revealed through them, were for the revealing of The Testimony of Christ, Who was revealing Himself to us through them.

It is written, "And the child Samuel ministered unto the LORD before Eli. And the word of the LORD was precious in those days; [there was] no open vision. And it came to pass at that time, when Eli [was] laid down in his place, and his eyes began to wax dim, [that] he could not see; And ere the lamp of God went out in the temple of the LORD, where the ark of God [was], and Samuel was laid down [to sleep]" (1Samuel 3:1-3).

Like David, who was walking in darkness away from The Presence of The LORD, until Nathan the prophet of The LORD brought The Light of Truth to his heart, Eli was a priest of The LORD walking into darkness away from The LORD, because he give more honor to his sons over the giving of honor to The LORD, in Who's habitation he stood, as a representative of The Lord to the people. This sin against The LORD, caused him to neglect the services in The Temple, to keep The Lamp lit at all times, according to the instructions given by GOD in HIS Word through Moses to the priest in Exodus 27:20, 21.

After Samuel laid down to sleep, "...the LORD called Samuel: and he answered, Here [am] I. And he ran unto Eli, and said, Here [am] I; for thou calledst me. And he said, I called not; lie down again. And he went and lay down. And the LORD called yet again, Samuel. And Samuel arose and went to Eli, and said, Here [am] I; for thou didst call me. And he answered, I called not, my son; lie down again. Now Samuel did not yet know the LORD, neither was the word of the LORD yet revealed unto him. And the LORD called Samuel again the third time. And he arose and went to Eli, and said, Here [am] I; for thou didst call me. And Eli perceived that the LORD had called the child" (1Samuel 3:4-8).

Three times The LORD called Samuel; and three times Samuel thought in his mind that it was Eli, who was speaking to him. It was Eli, who stood as an high priest before the people, to speak The Word of GOD to the people. And because Eli presented The Word of GOD to the people, Samuel thought The Voice he heard was the voice of Eli. He had not yet known The LORD, nor HIS Word, but heard and did HIS Will by Eli the high priest, who spoke The Word of The LORD to him. In The Same Way, we have never heard The Voice of The LORD, but do HIS Will, by HIM, WHO speaks to our hearts with HIS Word through those, whom He has sent with HIS Word.

As The Light of GOD'S Word was growing dim in the heart of Eli, The Word of The LORD, was as a Lamp dawning upon the heart of Samuel that HE might continue to reveal The Light of GOD to the people, who came before Him. As The Light in Eli was growing dim, likewise by allowing the lamp in the temple to go out, he had misrepresented the symbol that stood in the temple, as The Light of GOD'S Word, Who is Everlasting. Today the church is the symbol of GOD'S Word of Light to the world, but men holding positions of leadership in the church had allowed The Light in them to go out, and had lost The Knowledge of GOD. But The True Light still shines to those, who would take heed according to The Word of GOD, Who works The Will of The Father in men that they might do The Will of GOD.

With The Light left in him, "...Eli said unto Samuel, Go, lie down: and it shall be, if he call thee, that thou shalt say, Speak, LORD; for thy servant heareth. So Samuel went and lay down in his place. And the LORD came, and stood, and called as at other times, Samuel, Samuel. Then Samuel answered, Speak; for thy servant heareth" (1Samuel 3:9,10).

Later in the same chapter of the written Word, The Word of GOD revealed and said, "And Samuel grew, and the LORD was with him, and did let none of his words fall to the ground. And all Israel from Dan even to Beersheba knew that Samuel [was] established [to be] a prophet of the LORD. And the LORD appeared again in Shiloh: for the LORD revealed himself to Samuel in Shiloh by the word of the LORD" (1Samuel 3:19-21).

Notice that The Father was with Samuel through HIS Word, Who was abiding in him that Samuel might be established by GOD, as a prophet of The LORD to all Israel. It was also by The Word that The Father had revealed HIMSELF to Samuel, for no man has seen GOD at any time. Whatever man have seen of GOD, it was only through The Similitude, or The Image of HIM in HIS Son Jesus Christ, Who is The Revelation of GOD to men. In this first example, it is clear that The Father did not dishonor HIS Word by choosing someone else through whom HE might speak HIS Will to men. In this example, GOD spoke and revealed HIMSELF to Samuel by HIS Son, The Word of GOD.

Another Key in The Revelation of Jesus Christ to men is, found in the words of David. It is written in The Word, Saying, "Now these [be] the last words of David. David the son of Jesse said, and the man [who was] raised up on high, the anointed of the God of Jacob, and the sweet psalmist of Israel, said, The Spirit of the LORD spake by me, and his word [was] in my tongue. The God of Israel said, the Rock of Israel spake to me, He that ruleth over men [must be] just, ruling in the fear of God. And [he shall be] as the light of the morning, [when] the sun riseth, [even] a morning without clouds; [as] the tender grass [springing] out of the earth by clear shining after rain" (2 Samuel 23:1-4).

From the last words of David, in whom it was the desire to give glory to GOD, came The Truth of GOD to all men.

David the son of Jesse said

It is written in the prophets that David the son Jesse said something in his last words. He opened his mouth to speak, but he was not the only One that was speaking of that which was being said by him.

The Man, The Anointed, The Sweet Psalmist said

It was revealed that "the man [who was] raised up on high, the anointed of the God of Jacob, and the sweet psalmist of Israel, said" something. To make it clear to us, as to what was being said and being revealed to us through David, it was written that The Man, Who was raised up on high, Who also is The Anointed of GOD, and The Sweet Psalmist of Israel is The Spirit of The LORD, Who spoke also by David to the people. David simply explained his anointing this way, saying, "HIS Word was in my tongue". Even The Word, or The Spirit of The LORD Who spoke by David, testified not of His Own Will, but was Himself Anointed of GOD, to record the Psalms through His servant David. Through David and many of the prophets of old, The Word of GOD as a True Witness of GOD, speaks to men that which The Father has spoken through Him to the prophets, and by them, He speaks to us.

The GOD of Israel said

For it is written of David that "The God of Israel said, the Rock of Israel spake to me." This is what The LORD said by HIS Word through David saying, "He that ruleth over men [must be] just, ruling in the fear of God. And [he shall be] as the light of the morning, [when] the sun riseth, [even] a morning without clouds; [as] the tender grass [springing] out of the earth by clear shining after rain".

Another Key example is revealed to us in the Psalms where, David became a witness for The Word of GOD and The Testimony of Jesus Christ when he allowed The Word of GOD to reveal through him The Word of The LORD. He prophesied and said, "The LORD said unto my Lord, Sit thou at my right hand, until I make thine enemies thy footstool" (Psalms 110:1).

Notice the distinction between The LORD, Which is written in all caps and The Lord, which is written in both upper and lower case. Jesus confirmed what was written of Him by David in the Psalms when He said Through His servant Matthew, who testified and said, "While the Pharisees were gathered together, Jesus asked them, Saying, What think ye of Christ? whose son is he? They say unto him, [The Son] of David. He saith unto them, How then doth David in spirit call him Lord, saying, The LORD said unto my Lord, Sit thou on my right hand, till I make thine enemies thy footstool?

"If David then call him Lord, how is he his son? And no man was able to answer him a word, neither durst any [man] from that day forth ask him any more [questions]" (Matthew 22:41-46).

Could it be that the Pharisees relied on the wisdom of men, which prevented them from receiving The Testimony of Truth that Jesus is the Son of the LIVING GOD? Could it be that it is because of the wisdom of men that many in the world today are failing to receive The Truth of GOD, as revealed to us through HIS Son? The answer given by Jesus to the Pharisees was given to turn on within them a desire to search for The Light of Truth, but they never ask Him any more questions. They never sought for answers to lighten their darken hearts. They never knocked at The Door of Truth to open to them The Things of GOD, because they had settled for the things, which were satisfying to their need through human wisdom.

It was through the prophet Jeremiah that The LORD Testified of HIS Son, saying, "The words of Jeremiah the son of Hilkiah, of the priests that [were] in Anathoth in the land of Benjamin: To whom the word of the LORD came in the days of Josiah the son of Amon king of Judah, in the thirteenth year of his reign. It came also in the days of Jehoiakim the son of Josiah king of Judah, unto the end of the eleventh year of Zedekiah the son of Josiah king of Judah, unto the carrying away of Jerusalem captive in the fifth month.

"Then the word of the LORD came unto me, saying, Before I formed thee in the belly I knew thee; and before thou camest forth out of the womb I sanctified thee, [and] I ordained thee a prophet unto the nations. Then said I, Ah, Lord GOD! behold, I cannot speak: for I [am] a child. But the LORD said unto me, Say not, I [am] a child: for thou shalt go to all that I shall send thee, and whatsoever I command thee thou shalt speak.

"Be not afraid of their faces: for I [am] with thee to deliver thee, saith the LORD. Then the LORD put forth his hand, and touched my mouth. And the LORD said unto me, Behold, I have put my words in thy mouth. See, I have this day set thee over the nations and over the kingdoms, to root out, and to pull down, and to destroy, and to throw down, to build, and to plant" (Jeremiah 1:1-10).

Notice that Jeremiah testified that The Word of the LORD came unto him from The LORD, as at other times during the reign of other kings. The LORD by HIS Word revealed to us The Testimony of His Son, and The Power and Position HE has given to Him, Which Jeremiah the prophet never received of GOD. The Father testified by HIS Word that HE would be with HIS Word to speak by HIS Word whatsoever HE desired to speak. Through the prophets Isaiah, The LORD has testified to us of HIS Son and why it is that HE has placed HIS words in the mouth of HIS Son. Through Isaiah, HE said by HIS Word "...I have put my words in thy mouth, and I have covered thee in the shadow of mine hand, that I may plant the heavens, and lay the foundations of the earth, and say unto Zion, Thou [art] my people" (Isaiah 51:16).

Notice that Isaiah was not alive during the time that The Father decided to create the heavens and laid the foundations of the earth. This is evidence that HE was not speaking to Isaiah the prophet, but to HIS Son, Who's Name is called The Word of GOD. It is statements like this that caused the prophets to enquired of The Spirit of Christ, Who was in them, searching diligently for the meaning that The Spirit signified. For it was through the prophets that The Father spoke by HIS Word, to call the nations unto HIMSELF. Through His testimony by His servant John, The Word said, "In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. The same was in the beginning with God. All things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made. In him was life; and the life was the light of men. And the light shineth in darkness; and the darkness comprehended it not" (John 1:1-5).

Notice the reason why The Son of GOD is called The Word of GOD. It is because The Father through Him has created all things, and by Him, HE speaks to all, who believe in His Testimony of What He has seen and heard. Although Jesus has revealed Himself to men as The Light and Life of man, many are still walking in darkness to The Truth The Father has revealed of Him. By believing and placing their faith more in the wisdom of men, who speak of earthly things, men in darkness to The Truth of GOD will fail to open to their minds The Things of GOD, because they believe not The Testimony of The Word, Who came from above to reveal to man What He has seen and heard.

Men are walking in darkness today, because the enemy of both GOD and man has been working for generations to keep the hearts and minds of men in darkness to The Truth, and from comprehending The Testimony of Christ, Who is The Light and Life of man. As it was said by Ellen G. White in her writings, that "Satan was seeking to shut out from men a knowledge of God, to turn their attention from the temple of God, and to establish his own kingdom. His strife for supremacy had seemed to be almost wholly successful. It is true that in every generation God had His agencies. Even among the heathen there were men through whom Christ was working to uplift the people from their sin and degradation. But these men were despised and hated. Many of them suffered a violent death. The dark shadow that Satan had cast over the world grew deeper and deeper."

In her writings, Ellen G. White made it clear that it was Christ, Who was working to uplift the people from their sin and degradation. The message she said was communicated to men through human agencies. But by contemplating and worshiping their own conceptions, men by the urging of Satan had cause men to loose The Knowledge of God to become corrupt. Rather than being the representatives of Christ to represent to the world The Testimony that was given to them, men became the agents of Satan, through whom he worked to misrepresent the character of God.

As The Light of GOD in Christ dawn upon the heart of Samuel that he allowed not The Father's words from HIS Word to fall to the ground, he by The Word was established in Israel to be a prophet of The LORD. He was said to be an upright judge in all of Israel. When he died all Israel mourned of his death. As GOD shined The Light of HIS Word through Samuel and David and many of the Characters of the Bible, HE is willing also to shine HIS Light of Truth as the morning through all, who will fear HIM, and glorify His Name. It is only by The Word of GOD abiding in us that The Father through HIS Word is able to reveal HIMSELF to men.

And one of the most revealing of The Spirit of Christ is The Temple that was setup in the camp among the children of Israel. For The LORD said to Moses by HIS Word, "...let them make me a sanctuary; that I may dwell among them" (Exodus 25:8). As the children of Israel abode in their tents, likewise The LORD wanted also to dwell among them in HIS Tent, Which the people would offer to make from a willing heart of their offerings. The Tent was called The Sanctuary, or The Tabernacle of the congregation, which was a symbol of The True Meeting Place between GOD and man, which the people offered willingly. In the midst of the camp of the children of Israel stood The Tabernacle of The LORD, Who would come and dwell in the tent made by hands. But within court of the white curtains stood the priests, who were to serve The LORD willingly in Holy Garments of White, as a symbol of their holiness unto The LORD by HIS Word.

The Temple itself was constructed by the servants of The Word, from The Instructions given by GOD in HIS Word, to be one tent within the court, to have not three compartments, but two compartments to reveal The LORD, WHO does HIS Will by HIS Word, Who serves in every Way to do HIS Will that HE might be glorified in Himself.

If the presenters of The Living Manna of Christ have turn to present the enticing words of man's wisdom, to preach with power His Gospel, it means that men have lost The Testimony of Christ that was once delivered to the early church and are sitting in darkness to The True Gift of GOD to men. And because men are failing to shine The Light of GOD'S Word through them to dawn The Truth of GOD upon the hearts of men, many are failing to receive The Gift and Power of GOD to shine HIS Light through us.

The Power of GOD is not in the packaging and repackaging of the enticing words of man's wisdom. It is first receiving The Gift given by GOD in the heart, and then allowing The Gift of GOD in us to flow to the hearts of men through us. Only then can we represent The Gift that was given to us of GOD to Lighten the hearts of men.
