Have we truly received Him?

In the previous study of "The Call to enter HIS Kingdom", The Word, testified through His servant John to us, and said, we are to let not our hearts be troubled; for if we believe in GOD, then we will believe also in Him, Whom HE has sent. However, if we believe not in Him, then our hearts will be troubled in these last days. For there is no other way for man to believe in GOD The Father without first believing and receiving The Gift of HIS Son, Whom HE has sent. Yet, there are many in the world today who believe that The Father and The Son is The SAME PERSON. For if men have not received The Gift of HIS Son, then their worship of GOD is in vain. For it is written "...without faith [it is] impossible to please [him]: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and [that] he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him" (Hebrews 11:6).

For if we believe in GOD, then we have believed also in HIS Son; because it is He, Who has made The Father Known to our hearts through Himself. For He came from The Father to reveal and make The Father known to men. If we have believed by faith in The Father, it is because The Son has made The Father Known to us through Himself. Yet, like the Jews of old, there are many today who believe in One GOD, but are denying The Power of HIS Son, Who worked The Father's Will in their lives. Jesus said to them, "I know that ye are Abraham's seed; but ye seek to kill me, because my word hath no place in you. I speak that which I have seen with my Father: and ye do that which ye have seen with your father.

"They answered and said unto him, Abraham is our father. Jesus saith unto them, If ye were Abraham's children, ye would do the works of Abraham. But now ye seek to kill me, a man that hath told you the truth, which I have heard of God: this did not Abraham. Ye do the deeds of your father. Then said they to him, We be not born of fornication; we have one Father, [even] God. Jesus said unto them, If God were your Father, ye would love me: for I proceeded forth and came from God; neither came I of myself, but he sent me" (John 8:37-42).

Are we in our churches being born of fornication, by a teaching, which the whole world has accepted, which is not of GOD by HIS Word, Whom HE has sent? Are we doing the works of Abraham, to believe also in Him, Whom The Father has sent? The meaning of the word "also", as used in His instruction to our hearts, indicate that in addition to our believing in GOD, we are to believe also in Him, Whom GOD has sent. The sayings of Jesus makes it clear to our hearts that He and The Father is not The SAME PERSON, for He did not proceed forth and came from Himself. In a similar way, although Jesus is revealed to us through the testimony of John, do we say that John and Jesus is the same person? No. Yet, John and many of the disciples have traveled with Jesus, and have shared with Him many of the same trials and experiences, which they have faced, that he was able to bear witness and testify to us of the things he saw and heard of Him.

And although the angels always behold The FACE of The Father, Jesus is The Only True Witness of GOD to both man and to angels, because He was with The Father from the beginning of all creation. For The Father created all things by Him and for Him. It is written of Him, "Who is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn of every creature: For by him were all things created, that are in heaven, and that are in earth, visible and invisible, whether [they be] thrones, or dominions, or principalities, or powers: all things were created by him, and for him: And he is before all things, and by him all things consist. And he is the head of the body, the church: who is the beginning, the firstborn from the dead; that in all [things] he might have the preeminence. For it pleased [the Father] that in him should all fulness dwell" (Colossians 1:15-19).

Long before darkness eclipsed the minds of the angels in heaven, or the minds of men upon the earth, The Father had revealed The Truth of HIS Son to the angels, that they were to worship Him as God, Whom HE had given all The Fulness of HIS Power and Authority to reign over His Kingdom. For it is written of Him, Who "Being made so much better than the angels, as he hath by inheritance obtained a more excellent name than they. For unto which of the angels said he at any time, Thou art my Son, this day have I begotten thee? And again, I will be to him a Father, and he shall be to me a Son? And again, when he bringeth in the firstbegotten into the world, he saith, And let all the angels of God worship him. And of the angels he saith, Who maketh his angels spirits, and his ministers a flame of fire. But unto the Son [he saith], Thy throne, O God, [is] for ever and ever: a sceptre of righteousness [is] the sceptre of thy kingdom" (Hebrews 1:4-8).

Notice that in Paul's letter to the church in Colosse, he testified of The Un-searchable Things of GOD and of HIS Word, Whom he was blessed to bear witness to men. He testified of Christ, as being The Firstborn, through Whom all creation came into being. Jesus is made so much better than the angels, because of The Name He has inherited from His Father, which required all the angels to worship Him. For if He has received an inheritance by a Name that is above His fellow angels, then That Name can only come to Him by a birthright, or a Name He has inherited from His Father. For The Father Testified of Him and Called Him God, Whose throne and scepter is a Kingdom of Righteousness forever. For at no time did The Father address an angel other than HIS Son with the saying, "You are MY Son, This day have I begotten you". This declaration of The Son of GOD elevated Him above all the angels. But not all the angels were willing to bow in allegiance to His Power and Authority. It was to steal The Throne of The Son of GOD, and The inheritance of His Kingdom, that the enemy sought to caused man and angels to be drawn into this great controversy between Christ and Satan.

Jesus confirmed His Testimony through Paul, by the Testimony He had presented through His servant Solomon, saying, "The LORD possessed me in the beginning of his way, before his works of old. I was set up from everlasting, from the beginning, or ever the earth was. When [there were] no depths, I was brought forth; when [there were] no fountains abounding with water. Before the mountains were settled, before the hills was I brought forth: While as yet he had not made the earth, nor the fields, nor the highest part of the dust of the world. When he prepared the heavens, I [was] there: when he set a compass upon the face of the depth:

"When he established the clouds above: when he strengthened the fountains of the deep: When he gave to the sea his decree, that the waters should not pass his commandment: when he appointed the foundations of the earth: Then I was by him, [as] one brought up [with him]: and I was daily [his] delight, rejoicing always before him; Rejoicing in the habitable part of his earth; and my delights [were] with the sons of men" (Proverbs 8:22-31).

Notice that from His Testimony, He has born Witness to us of what He has seen of The Father. And He has glorified The Father, WHO did all HIS works through Him, just as we are to give glory to Him for the work He does of The Father through those, whom He has sent. Jesus testified through Solomon and said, He was brought forth, not from His creation in heaven, or the day of His birth on earth, but from The Father, WHO possessed Him in the beginning of HIS Way, before HE created anything through Him. He did not say He was there with another person, who witnessed the works of The Father through Him. For He spoke only of The Father and Himself, Who was daily the delight of The Father, WHO was with Him. And His delight were with the sons of men. The evidence He has presented to us does not support the teachings, which the world now hold and present through the traditions of men.

For He said through His servant David, saying, "...Lo, I come: in the volume of the book [it is] written of me, I delight to do thy will, O my God: yea, thy law [is] within my heart. I have preached righteousness in the great congregation: lo, I have not refrained my lips, O LORD, thou knowest. I have not hid thy righteousness within my heart; I have declared thy faithfulness and thy salvation: I have not concealed thy lovingkindness and thy truth from the great congregation" (Psalms 40:7-10).

Through Himself, Jesus has revealed to us The Fullness of The Father, that those, who received Him might represent What The Father has reveal through Him, to the hearts of men through our own words and lives. He comes to us through our representing of His sayings in The Book, Which is written of Him. For He came to us, not to do His Will, but The Will of The Father, Who sent Him, to reflect HIS Law of Love from His heart, to preach HIS Righteousness, not to the hearts of men, but in and through them to men. He did not keep His mouth closed, or fail to open His mouth in revealing The Righteousness of The Father, WHO sent Him to the hearts of men. For He could have presented to men that the Righteousness was His Righteousness and deny The Glory of The Father, WHO sent Him. But no; He established and made it known to men that it was The Father's Righteousness, Which He Loved to reveal to men. It was The Father's Faithfulness, HIS Salvation, HIS Loving-kindness and HIS Truth that He sought to lift up and reveal to the darkened hearts of those, who stood before Him.

When Philip ask Jesus to reveal to him The Father, He could have been discourage because of the blindness of His Own disciples, who's minds and hearts the enemy was blinding from seeing The Father through Him. But no; He opened His mouth, as The Word and Power of GOD and revealed The Father's OWN WILL through Him. The Father HIMSELF spoke by HIS Christ-The Word directly to Philip, who sought to see HIM. Jesus, Who also is The Testimony of GOD said unto Philip, "Believest thou not that I am in the Father, and the Father in me? the words that I speak unto you I speak not of myself: but the Father that dwelleth in me, he doeth the works. Believe me that I [am] in the Father, and the Father in me: or else believe me for the very works' sake" (John 14:10,11).

As a body of believers, we cannot accomplish the work He has called us to do if we fail to believe in Him, Whom The Father has given all Power and Authority. However, if we believe in HIS Son, Who is The Word and Power of GOD, Whom The Father has sent to abide in us, then as The Father was in Him, HE will speak by HIS Word through us to do HIS Will. For Jesus said, "Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that believeth on me, the works that I do shall he do also; and greater [works] than these shall he do; because I go unto my Father. And whatsoever ye shall ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If ye shall ask any thing in my name, I will do [it]" (John 14:12-14).

Notice that Jesus has made it clear to our hearts that if we believe in Him, the works that He did we will do also, even greater works. Why? Because He is now at The Father's side to do whatever we ask of The Father in His Name. He said it again. Whatsoever we shall ask The Father in His Name, He will do The Father's Will. Why? That The Father might be glorified in Him. But if we as a body of believers believe not in Christ, then we are giving ourselves to the glory of someone else, to do his will by us. But if the doors of our hearts are open only to GOD'S Open Door of HIS Word, then HE will reveal HIS Will to us by HIS Word, that He might glorify The Father in us. And if we are truly willing to do HIS Will in us and through us, then the next step is in doing HIS Will. For The LORD by HIS Word says, "If ye love me, keep my commandments. And I will pray the Father, and he shall give you another Comforter, that he may abide with you for ever" (John 14:15).

Jesus came to earth to restore The Image of GOD in the hearts of men. As The Mediator between GOD and man, Jesus came not to condemn, but to save, and preserve us unto salvation. By restoring first His Holy Place in our hearts by our love for Him, over all the things that this world has to offer, then He can restore also The Most Holy Place in the hearts of those, who have submitted themselves to His Spirit of Love in them.

For He said through John, "...I will pray the Father, and he shall give you another Comforter, that he may abide with you for ever; [Even] the Spirit of truth; whom the world cannot receive, because it seeth him not, neither knoweth him: but ye know him; for he dwelleth with you, and shall be in you" (John 14:16,17).

With The Father and The Son abiding with them in One fellowship, they being filled with The Spirit of TRUTH in them, have testified to us of their witness and said, "That which we have seen and heard declare we unto you, that ye also may have fellowship with us: and truly our fellowship [is] with the Father, and with his Son Jesus Christ. And these things write we unto you, that your joy may be full. This then is the message which we have heard of him, and declare unto you, that God is light, and in him is no darkness at all. If we say that we have fellowship with him, and walk in darkness, we lie, and do not the truth: But if we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have fellowship one with another, and the blood of Jesus Christ his Son cleanseth us from all sin" (1 John 1:3-7).

Through His servant Moses, The LORD by HIS Word spoke to the people and said, "See, I have set before thee this day life and good, and death and evil; In that I command thee this day to love the LORD thy God, to walk in his ways, and to keep his commandments and his statutes and his judgments, that thou mayest live and multiply: and the LORD thy God shall bless thee in the land whither thou goest to possess it. But if thine heart turn away, so that thou wilt not hear, but shalt be drawn away, and worship other gods, and serve them; I denounce unto you this day, that ye shall surely perish, [and that] ye shall not prolong [your] days upon the land, whither thou passest over Jordan to go to possess it" (Deuteronomy 30:15-18).

With the sacrifice that The Lord has made for us, because of His love for us,
we are to choose wisely and choose Life that we might
not loose our full reward.
