"...For this purpose the Son of God was manifested, that he
might destroy the works of the devil. Whosoever is born of
God doth not commit sin; for his seed remaineth in him:
and he cannot sin, because he is born of God.

From the very beginning when man was led to sin against GOD and HIS Word, The LORD sent HIS Word, Who is The Son of GOD, to reveal HIS Will to man. For it is written of Him that "...the LORD God called unto Adam, and said unto him, Where [art] thou? And he said, I heard thy voice in the garden, and I was afraid, because I [was] naked; and I hid myself. And he said, Who told thee that thou [wast] naked? Hast thou eaten of the tree, whereof I commanded thee that thou shouldest not eat? And the man said, The woman whom thou gavest [to be] with me, she gave me of the tree, and I did eat. And the LORD God said unto the woman, What [is] this [that] thou hast done? And the woman said, The serpent beguiled me, and I did eat. And the LORD God said unto the serpent, Because thou hast done this, thou [art] cursed above all cattle, and above every beast of the field; upon thy belly shalt thou go, and dust shalt thou eat all the days of thy life: And I will put enmity between thee and the woman, and between thy seed and her seed; it shall bruise thy head, and thou shalt bruise his heel. Unto the woman he said, I will greatly multiply thy sorrow and thy conception; in sorrow thou shalt bring forth children; and thy desire [shall be] to thy husband, and he shall rule over thee. And unto Adam he said, Because thou hast hearkened unto the voice of thy wife, and hast eaten of the tree, of which I commanded thee, saying, Thou shalt not eat of it: cursed [is] the ground for thy sake; in sorrow shalt thou eat [of] it all the days of thy life" (Genesis 3:9-17).

Notice that the serpent used the voice of Eve to cause Adam to sin against GOD and HIS Word. And after sin brought about man's separation from GOD, The LORD immediately sent HIS Word--The Son of GOD, to communicate through Him and reveal HIS Will to the hearts of both Adam and Eve, because man had severed his ongoing spiritual connection with GOD, and had broken his connection and fellowship with GOD through HIS Word, by eating of the forbidden fruit, which The LORD had bidden Adam not to eat. Although Adam and Eve hid themselves from The LORD, WHO revealed HIMSELF by The Presence of HIS Word, Adam heard through his ears The Voice of The LORD speaking to him by HIS Word, and he and his wife hid themselves from The Presence of The LORD, WHO was heard by HIS Word. In speaking to the serpent that deceived the whole world, and revealing also to Adam and Eve The Will of The LORD; The Word of The LORD said unto the serpent, "...I will put enmity between thee and the woman, and between thy seed and her seed; it shall bruise thy head, and thou shalt bruise his heel" (Genesis 3:15).

For "...it came to pass, when Moses came down from mount Sinai with the two tables of testimony in Moses' hand, when he came down from the mount, that Moses wist not that the skin of his face shone while he talked with him. And when Aaron and all the children of Israel saw Moses, behold, the skin of his face shone; and they were afraid to come nigh him. And Moses called unto them; and Aaron and all the rulers of the congregation returned unto him: and Moses talked with them. And afterward all the children of Israel came nigh: and he gave them in commandment all that the LORD had spoken with him in mount Sinai. And [till] Moses had done speaking with them, he put a vail on his face. But when Moses went in before the LORD to speak with him, he took the vail off, until he came out. And he came out, and spake unto the children of Israel [that] which he was commanded. And the children of Israel saw the face of Moses, that the skin of Moses' face shone: and Moses put the vail upon his face again, until he went in to speak with him" (Exodus 34:29-35).

Notice that the hearts of the children of Israel remain far from The Glory of The LORD, as seen in HIS Son on Mount Sinai. And even when Christ Glory was being revealed through His servant Moses, they remained far from Him, Who was being revealed to them through Moses. Christ veiled His Glory on the mount by a thick cloud, to keep His Glory from destroying the children of Israel. And Moses veiled The Glory of Christ shinning through him in order that the children of Israel might come and draw near unto him to hear and receive The Commands of The LORD by The Glory of HIS Word. For it is The Will of The LORD that "this veil shall be removed that our hearts" might reflect The Glory of GOD, as seen in The Face of HIS Son, just as Moses had seen Him face to Face, Whom we are to see from our faith to His Faith. (Click the link) As the sun shines in a cloudless sky, to brighten the earth with it's bright radiant raise, to warm the earth from the coldness of the dark night, so likewise in order for man to reflect the glory of GOD, as seen in Christ, men need to behold His Glory with out a cloud to distort his view of seeing clearly The Glory of Christ, Who reveals in an undistorted view The Glory of The Father.

To help Moses in ministering The Word of The LORD to the children of Israel, "...the LORD said unto Moses, Gather unto me seventy men of the elders of Israel, whom thou knowest to be the elders of the people, and officers over them; and bring them unto the tabernacle of the congregation, that they may stand there with thee. And I will come down and talk with thee there: and I will take of the spirit which [is] upon thee, and will put [it] upon them; and they shall bear the burden of the people with thee, that thou bear [it] not thyself alone. And say thou unto the people, Sanctify yourselves against to morrow, and ye shall eat flesh: for ye have wept in the ears of the LORD, saying, Who shall give us flesh to eat? for [it was] well with us in Egypt: therefore the LORD will give you flesh, and ye shall eat. Ye shall not eat one day, nor two days, nor five days, neither ten days, nor twenty days; [But] even a whole month, until it come out at your nostrils, and it be loathsome unto you: because that ye have despised the LORD which [is] among you, and have wept before him, saying, Why came we forth out of Egypt? And Moses said, The people, among whom I [am], [are] six hundred thousand footmen; and thou hast said, I will give them flesh, that they may eat a whole month. Shall the flocks and the herds be slain for them, to suffice them? or shall all the fish of the sea be gathered together for them, to suffice them?

"And the LORD said unto Moses, Is the LORD'S hand waxed short? thou shalt see now whether my word shall come to pass unto thee or not. And Moses went out, and told the people the words of the LORD, and gathered the seventy men of the elders of the people, and set them round about the tabernacle. And the LORD came down in a cloud, and spake unto him, and took of the spirit that [was] upon him, and gave [it] unto the seventy elders: and it came to pass, [that], when the spirit rested upon them, they prophesied, and did not cease. But there remained two [of the] men in the camp, the name of the one [was] Eldad, and the name of the other Medad: and the spirit rested upon them; and they [were] of them that were written, but went not out unto the tabernacle: and they prophesied in the camp. And there ran a young man, and told Moses, and said, Eldad and Medad do prophesy in the camp. And Joshua the son of Nun, the servant of Moses, [one] of his young men, answered and said, My lord Moses, forbid them. And Moses said unto him, Enviest thou for my sake? would God that all the LORD'S people were prophets, [and] that the LORD would put his spirit upon them!" (Numbers 11:16-29). Notice that The LORD spoke by HIS Word to Moses and said to him, to have the elders stand with him round about the tabernacle, and it would come to pass that HIS Word would come upon him, to accomplish what HE has said by HIS Word.

Notice that The LORD spoke to Moses by HIS Word, and revealed to him by The Right Arm of HIS Word that The Hand of HIS Word is not short to accomplish HIS Will. HE--The LORD said to Moses that he will see whether HIS Word will come to pass upon him, or not. HE will take of The Spirit of Christ, Who was abiding and resting upon him, and give of The Same Spirit of Christ, to abide upon the seventy elders of the people, who would help him to bear the needs of the children of Israel. The LORD did not send to them another Spirit, which Moses knew not. The Spirit, Who was with Moses was The Same Spirit of Christ--The Word of GOD, Whom Stephen testified that He is The Angel and Messenger of GOD, Whose Hand was not short, to delivered The Living Oracles of GOD to the fathers of the children of Israel.

Isaiah testified of Christ, Who is The Spirit of The LORD'S Presence, and said, "In all their affliction he was afflicted, and the angel of his presence saved them: in his love and in his pity he redeemed them; and he bare them, and carried them all the days of old. But they rebelled, and vexed his holy Spirit: therefore he was turned to be their enemy, [and] he fought against them. Then he remembered the days of old, Moses, [and] his people, [saying], Where [is] he that brought them up out of the sea with the shepherd of his flock? where [is] he that put his holy Spirit within him? That led [them] by the right hand of Moses with his glorious arm, dividing the water before them, to make himself an everlasting name? (Isaiah 63:9-12)

Notice that Moses was the hand by whom Christ led the children of Israel out of Egypt, and it was by him that He led them to Mount Sinai. He--Moses was a type of Jesus--A Savior, Who would come and be His Own Hand in leading man from sin to return to The Father, and bring Salvation to all, who will receive Him. It was in the second reading of The Law of GOD that Moses spoke to the children of Israel and said, "The LORD talked with you face to face in the mount out of the midst of the fire, (I stood between the LORD and you at that time, to shew you the word of the LORD: for ye were afraid by reason of the fire, and went not up into the mount;)...." (Deuteronomy 5:4, 5). In this reading of the covenant The LORD made with the fathers of Israel, Moses admonished them, saying, "...remember that thou wast a servant in the land of Egypt, and [that] the LORD thy God brought thee out thence through a mighty hand and by a stretched out arm: therefore the LORD thy God commanded thee to keep the sabbath day" (Deuteronomy 5:15).

It is He, Who would come and dwell among men, like unto Moses, who was reflecting His Glory to the children of Israel. He is The Spirit from Whom The LORD took and gave to the seventy elders, to be partakers of His Spirit, to help Moses bear the needs of the children of Israel. In other words, The Spirit of Christ was not just in Moses, but in the seventy elders of Israel, who were selected to help Moses fulfill The Will of GOD in meeting the needs of the people. As it was done with Moses and the seventy elders of Israel, the same was done with Jesus, Who sent of His Own Spirit, His Own Soul, to dwell upon those, who would partake of His Spirit, and reflect Him to those, who are in darkness to The Truth of GOD'S Word.

The LORD was with Christ, Who was with Moses and
upon The seventy elders of Israel.

It was of The Spirit of The LORD, or The Word of The LORD that all the prophets spoke of, and testified of Him, Who would come, because He was in them and spoke to men through them of Himself, Who would come and dwell among men. Just as the elders received of The Spirit of Christ, Who was upon Moses, and they prophesied not only around about the tabernacle, but also in the camp of Israel, the prophets of The LORD by HIS Word have testified that it was The Word of The LORD, Who came unto them, revealing to them The Will of The LORD. For it was revealed by Peter of the prophets of old that "...the prophecy came not in old time by the will of man: but holy men of God spake [as they were] moved by the Holy Ghost" (2 Peter 1:21). The holy men of old that Peter speaks of were men like Moses, who testified to the children of Israel, as he was commanded, not only by The LORD, but by HIS Angel--The Word, Who is of The LORD GOD, to speak to them of The Will of The LORD. An example of this testimony is seen when The LORD Commanded Moses by HIS Word, to separate himself and the elders from the wicked men, who were dwelling in the camp. For it is written that, "...the LORD spake unto Moses, saying, Speak unto the congregation, saying, Get you up from about the tabernacle of Korah, Dathan, and Abiram. And Moses rose up and went unto Dathan and Abiram; and the elders of Israel followed him. And he spake unto the congregation, saying, Depart, I pray you, from the tents of these wicked men, and touch nothing of theirs, lest ye be consumed in all their sins.

"So they gat up from the tabernacle of Korah, Dathan, and Abiram, on every side: and Dathan and Abiram came out, and stood in the door of their tents, and their wives, and their sons, and their little children. And Moses said, Hereby ye shall know that the LORD hath sent me to do all these works; for [I have] not [done them] of mine own mind. If these men die the common death of all men, or if they be visited after the visitation of all men; [then] the LORD hath not sent me. But if the LORD make a new thing, and the earth open her mouth, and swallow them up, with all that [appertain] unto them, and they go down quick into the pit; then ye shall understand that these men have provoked the LORD. And it came to pass, as he had made an end of speaking all these words, that the ground clave asunder that [was] under them: And the earth opened her mouth, and swallowed them up, and their houses, and all the men that [appertained] unto Korah, and all [their] goods. They, and all that [appertained] to them, went down alive into the pit, and the earth closed upon them: and they perished from among the congregation" (Numbers 16:23-33).

Notice that The Power to do all that Moses spoke to the children of Israel was not of him, nor of his own mine, or will, but was of The LORD, WHO worked HIS Will by The Spirit of HIS Word, Who was with Moses and did The Will of GOD through him. In speaking to the children of Israel, Moses had revealed and said to them, "The LORD thy God will raise up unto thee a Prophet from the midst of thee, of thy brethren, like unto me; unto him ye shall hearken; According to all that thou desiredst of the LORD thy God in Horeb in the day of the assembly, saying, Let me not hear again the voice of the LORD my God, neither let me see this great fire any more, that I die not. And the LORD said unto me, They have well [spoken that] which they have spoken. I will raise them up a Prophet from among their brethren, like unto thee, and will put my words in his mouth; and he shall speak unto them all that I shall command him. And it shall come to pass, [that] whosoever will not hearken unto my words which he shall speak in my name, I will require [it] of him" (Deuteronomy 18:15-19). Notice that The Prophet, Whom The LORD shall raise up among the children of Israel, He would be like Moses in the sense that He will be dependent upon The LORD just as Moses depended upon The LORD to speak HIS Words and do HIS Will.

Peter also spoke of the holy men, who were led by GOD, to speak of HIS Word, Who was with them, just as He was with Moses, and the seventy elders to the children of Israel, who prophesied of Him. Peter said that they--the prophets "...have enquired and searched diligently, who prophesied of the grace [that should come] unto you: Searching what, or what manner of time the Spirit of Christ which was in them did signify, when it testified beforehand the sufferings of Christ, and the glory that should follow. Unto whom it was revealed, that not unto themselves, but unto us they did minister the things, which are now reported unto you by them that have preached the gospel unto you with the Holy Ghost sent down from heaven; which things the angels desire to look into" (1 Peter 1:10-12).

Notice that The Spirit of Christ--The Holy Ghost, Who was in the prophets was doing something, or revealing something, which not only the prophets, but even the angels in heaven sought to understand. He--Christ had revealed to and through the prophets the things He Himself would suffer, because of man's sin against Him, which they the prophets searched diligently to understand. Like David, who testified of Christ, Who revealed through him that those, who hated Him without a cause; they would be led of the enemy to destroy Him, to wrongfully be His enemies. Yet, He restored to them that, which He took not away, which is His Gift of Life to dwell in them. But the enemy of the souls of men has caused them to despise The Gift of GOD to their souls. And Speaking of Him, Isaiah a prophet of The Word of The LORD testified and said, "Who hath believed our report? and to whom is the arm of the LORD revealed? For he shall grow up before him as a tender plant, and as a root out of a dry ground: he hath no form nor comeliness; and when we shall see him, [there is] no beauty that we should desire him. He is despised and rejected of men; a man of sorrows, and acquainted with grief: and we hid as it were [our] faces from him; he was despised, and we esteemed him not. Surely he hath borne our griefs, and carried our sorrows: yet we did esteem him stricken, smitten of God, and afflicted.

"But he [was] wounded for our transgressions, [he was] bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace [was] upon him; and with his stripes we are healed. All we like sheep have gone astray; we have turned every one to his own way; and the LORD hath laid on him the iniquity of us all. He was oppressed, and he was afflicted, yet he opened not his mouth: he is brought as a lamb to the slaughter, and as a sheep before her shearers is dumb, so he openeth not his mouth. He was taken from prison and from judgment: and who shall declare his generation? for he was cut off out of the land of the living: for the transgression of my people was he stricken. And he made his grave with the wicked, and with the rich in his death; because he had done no violence, neither [was any] deceit in his mouth. Yet it pleased the LORD to bruise him; he hath put [him] to grief: when thou shalt make his soul an offering for sin, he shall see [his] seed, he shall prolong [his] days, and the pleasure of the LORD shall prosper in his hand. He shall see of the travail of his soul, [and] shall be satisfied: by his knowledge shall my righteous servant justify many; for he shall bear their iniquities. Therefore will I divide him [a portion] with the great, and he shall divide the spoil with the strong; because he hath poured out his soul unto death: and he was numbered with the transgressors; and he bare the sin of many, and made intercession for the transgressors" (Isaiah 53:1-12).

Notice that, as one of the prophets through whom The Spirit of Christ was revealing Himself, Isaiah testified of The Word of The LORD and said, "Who hath believed our report? and to whom is the arm of the LORD revealed?" (Isaiah 53:1) He--Isaiah speaks of The Arm of The LORD, as being The Holy One, Whom The LORD has sent to do HIS Will. But he speaks also, or it has been revealed through him that He, Who is sent to do The Will of GOD, He has done HIS Will, and will do HIS Will by His Own Hand, Who is of His Own Soul. To speak more clearly on this point, it was revealed to Paul of Him, Who is of GOD, and said of Him, "Who being the brightness of [his] glory, and the express image of his person, and upholding all things by the word of his power, when he had by himself purged our sins, sat down on the right hand of the Majesty on high" (Hebrews 1:3).

Isaiah testified that The LORD shall make The Soul of Christ an offering for sin. And He--The Word--The Christ shall see His Own Soul, as His Seed poured out unto death for the transgressions of His people, who are sustained in life by Him. He shall see the travail of His Own Soul, and shall be satisfied. And because He sustains all things, He shall prolong, or sustain the days of His Soul, as The Holy Seed, Who is of His Own Soul in the flesh of man. And by His Own Soul, the pleasure of The LORD shall prosper in His Hand. Notice that, as He--Christ is The Arm of The LORD, to reach out and connect with the whole world, in providing for the needs of man, He will accomplish the pleasure of The LORD by His Own Hand, in Whom is His Own Soul, Who shall be revealed in the souls of men. He--The Christ by His Own Hand will accomplish The Pleasures of The LORD. By His Own Hand, He shall reveal The Knowledge of GOD to men. His Own Hand, Who works The Will of GOD on behalf of man, He would be despised and rejected of men. He would experienced sorrows, and would be acquainted with grief. Yet, Isaiah testified that we would hide, as it were our faces from Him, Who would come to be among men, to redeem men from sin; yet we esteemed Him not.

The children of Israel did not want to hear The Voice of The LORD by HIS Word speaking to them from Mount Sinai. They did not want to see the great fire, Which veiled Christ Glory. Even when He revealed Himself to them through His servant Moses, they in fear of Him removed themselves far from Moses that he had to veil his face that they might come close to him and hear The Word of GOD speaking through him. Here He was, The Christ of GOD, seeking a way to dwell among those whom He loved. Yet, because of the blindness of the enemy, which was put upon their minds, to remain far from Him, to despised Him, Who sustains His life in men, they, who are being sustained in life by Him esteemed him not. Surely He has borne our griefs, and has carried our sorrows. Yet, we did esteem Him stricken, and smitten of God, and afflicted by our transgression against GOD and each other. As He has revealed through David, He has restored to us that which He took not away. The reproach of men, which was against The LORD, for HIS NAME sake, He The Word of The LORD, had taken the reproach of man's sin upon Himself that shame has covered His face. And because of this reproach, which fell upon Him, He would become a stranger unto His Own brethren, which are sustained in life by Him. By His Own Hand, He The Arm of The LORD shall pour out His Soul unto death, and as Isaiah testified of the things revealed to him, he saw that The Soul of Christ would numbered with the transgressors by being cut off out of the land of the living, to taste death for every man. Yet, He--The Arm of The LORD, Who sustains all life, He shall prolong His days. He shall divide with His Hand a portion with The Great, and He--His Hand shall divide the spoil with His Strong Arm.

Christ Jesus is both The Root and The Offspring of David. He is The One Ladder that makes the connection between heaven and earth, because He is One with GOD and One with man. He has both a Divine nature and a Human nature. For it is revealed through Paul, who said, "How shall we escape, if we neglect so great salvation; which at the first began to be spoken by the Lord, and was confirmed unto us by them that heard [him]; God also bearing [them] witness, both with signs and wonders, and with divers miracles, and gifts of the Holy Ghost, according to his own will? For unto the angels hath he not put in subjection the world to come, whereof we speak. But one in a certain place testified, saying, What is man, that thou art mindful of him? or the son of man, that thou visitest him? Thou madest him a little lower than the angels; thou crownedst him with glory and honour, and didst set him over the works of thy hands: Thou hast put all things in subjection under his feet. For in that he put all in subjection under him, he left nothing [that is] not put under him. But now we see not yet all things put under him. But we see Jesus, who was made a little lower than the angels for the suffering of death, crowned with glory and honour; that he by the grace of God should taste death for every man.

"For it became him, for whom [are] all things, and by whom [are] all things, in bringing many sons unto glory, to make the captain of their salvation perfect through sufferings. For both he that sanctifieth and they who are sanctified [are] all of one: for which cause he is not ashamed to call them brethren, Saying, I will declare thy name unto my brethren, in the midst of the church will I sing praise unto thee. And again, I will put my trust in him. And again, Behold I and the children which God hath given me. Forasmuch then as the children are partakers of flesh and blood, he also himself likewise took part of the same; that through death he might destroy him that had the power of death, that is, the devil; And deliver them who through fear of death were all their lifetime subject to bondage. For verily he took not on [him the nature of] angels; but he took on [him] the seed of Abraham. Wherefore in all things it behoved him to be made like unto [his] brethren, that he might be a merciful and faithful high priest in things [pertaining] to God, to make reconciliation for the sins of the people. For in that he himself hath suffered being tempted, he is able to succour them that are tempted." (Hebrews 2:3-18). Notice that it is not just He that has suffered, but He Himself that being tempted He by Himself might be a help to us, who are tempted. Men deny Him and His Power, when they say it is someone else, who comes to help us in addressing our needs. Yet, it is said that, "The Father loveth the Son, and hath given all things into his hand. He that believeth on the Son hath everlasting life: and he that believeth not the Son shall not see life; but the wrath of God abideth on him" (John 3:35, 36).

Is GOD through HIS Word sanctifying us?

It is written that, "Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved" (Acts 4:12). We must choose to stand with The Holy One, of Whom and for Whom all things have been given into His Hand. For we are to be sanctified by Him, Who sanctifies by Himself all, who come unto Him. Like a check with many zeros; the zeros have no sanctifying value in themselves, but get their value from the placement of the One, which comes either before, or after the placement of the one. If we put The Holy One always before us, we see The Value we have in Him, Who sanctifies us by Himself. But if men, or angels put The Holy One behind them, to turn their backs against Him, then there is no sanctifying value in standing alone, or with many, who have rejected The One, Who gives to all, their value in Him by Him dying to redeem all. Only those, who yield their hearts, and turn to submit to Him, will be saved by Him. For He left heaven to become one with man, to atone for the redemption of man. The question to man has been; Will we separate from sin, to become one with Him?

In speaking of the enemy through His prophets Isaiah, The Word, Who is of The LORD said, "How art thou fallen from heaven, O Lucifer, son of the morning! [how] art thou cut down to the ground, which didst weaken the nations! For thou hast said in thine heart, I will ascend into heaven, I will exalt my throne above the stars of God: I will sit also upon the mount of the congregation, in the sides of the north: I will ascend above the heights of the clouds; I will be like the most High. Yet thou shalt be brought down to hell, to the sides of the pit" (Isaiah 14:12-15). Notice that there is a difference in the objective that Christ revealed from His heart, which differs from the objective that Lucifer revealed in his heart. Christ is The Holy One by Whom all are sanctified to GOD. He is The Holy One, Who give value to all, who are sanctified by Him. But Lucifer wanted to sanctify himself above all, to sit on his throne above the stars of GOD, to be in the seat of power like The Most High.

Speaking to the church at Ephesus about Christ Jesus, in Whose Hand all things have been given, His servant Paul testified, saying that he "Cease not to give thanks for you, making mention of you in my prayers; That the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may give unto you the spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of him: The eyes of your understanding being enlightened; that ye may know what is the hope of his calling, and what the riches of the glory of his inheritance in the saints, And what [is] the exceeding greatness of his power to us-ward who believe, according to the working of his mighty power, Which he wrought in Christ, when he raised him from the dead, and set [him] at his own right hand in the heavenly [places], Far above all principality, and power, and might, and dominion, and every name that is named, not only in this world, but also in that which is to come: And hath put all [things] under his feet, and gave him [to be] the head over all [things] to the church, Which is his body, the fulness of him that filleth all in all" (Ephesians 1:16-23). Notice that the church is His Body, and He dwells in us and we are in Him. And we are under Him, Who is The Head of His Own Body. But if men or angels seek to be above Christ Jesus, Who is even at The Father's OWN RIGHT HAND, then the enemy is seeking either to be in Christ seat at The Father's side, or above The Father, WHO is The HEAD over all.

For it is revealed of Christ through His servant Paul that, "...when he shall have delivered up the kingdom to God, even the Father; when he shall have put down all rule and all authority and power. For he must reign, till he hath put all enemies under his feet. The last enemy [that] shall be destroyed [is] death. For he hath put all things under his feet. But when he saith all things are put under [him, it is] manifest that he is excepted, which did put all things under him. And when all things shall be subdued unto him, then shall the Son also himself be subject unto him that put all things under him, that God may be all in all" (1 Corinthians 15:24-28). Notice the Christ will submit to The Father, WHO is HEAD over Him. But if Satan does not submit to Christ Jesus, as The One in Whom GOD has given all Authority, then he is seeing himself, as having a position above Christ Jesus, Who is The Head over all things, and has The Power over all things.

Notice that there are in this world many, who are like the children of Israel in Egypt, who did not want Moses to reign and rule over them. And even today, many in this world are not willing to submit to The Authority of Christ Jesus, to be The Head over even their own bodies, which He has bought with the price of His Own blood. Yet, they are the members of His Own Body, and are living by His Mercy and Grace. But the day will come at the end, when all, who do not recognize their value in Him, to have Him not reign and rule over them, then they will be like zeros without the one, which gives the zeros value. But those, who submit to Him, He will then submit them with Himself to The Father that all things that have been given into His Hand will be under The HEAD of HIM, WHO is The HEAD over all.

We are said to be the branches of The Vine. The Vine is made up of The Vine and the branches, or both The Root and The Offspring’s from the One vine, and not two vines. Adam and Eve had received The Promise of GOD'S Word, Who would come and dwell among men in the flesh of men. And they looked for Him, even in their first born, who was of the seed of the enemy. But it is said that, "...the LORD appeared unto Abram, and said, Unto thy seed will I give this land: and there builded he an altar unto the LORD, who appeared unto him. And he removed from thence unto a mountain on the east of Bethel, and pitched his tent, [having] Bethel on the west, and Hai on the east: and there he builded an altar unto the LORD, and called upon the name of the LORD" (Genesis 12:7, 8). "Now to Abraham and his seed were the promises made. He saith not, And to seeds, as of many; but as of one, And to thy seed, which is Christ" (Galatians 3:16).

As Moses veiled The Glory of Christ, Who was being reflected and revealed through him that the Children of Israel might draw close to him, to hear The Will of GOD by HIS Word through him, so likewise, Christ, Who would came and dwell among His people, He came not as a Great Fire that they might run and hide from Him, and remain far from Him, but He came as a man like unto Moses. He--Christ came in the likeness of men, to walk with men and reveal Himself to men, as Jesus The Saviour and Redeemer of all. For His Spirit has revealed through John, who said by Him that, "...God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved. He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God" (John 3:16-18). It is by Christ Jesus that men are drawn, not for His self seeking, but to give all Glory to The Father, WHO sent Him, to reveal HIS Glory in Him, and through Him that men and women might see and hear The Will of GOD through Him, just as Moses was sent to speak and reveal His Glory to the children of Israel. As members of Christ Body, we are to reveal in us and through us His Glory, that He might be seen and heard of men through us as His members.

In his witness of The Spirit of Christ Jesus, to the members of His body at Galatia, Paul said, "...when the fulness of the time was come, God sent forth his Son, made of a woman, made under the law, To redeem them that were under the law, that we might receive the adoption of sons. And because ye are sons, God hath sent forth the Spirit of his Son into your hearts, crying, Abba, Father. Wherefore thou art no more a servant, but a son; and if a son, then an heir of God through Christ" (Galatians 4:4-7). Notice Who's Spirit The Father has sent in the past to reveal HIS Will, and Who's Spirit HE will send to us today, and even tomorrow, to reveal HIS Will, and to imbued us, or fill us with His Power, to witness for Him, as Moses also did for Him. He is The Same Spirit, Who was upon Moses, and came also was upon the elders of Israel.

By His Spirit upon Matthew, he testified of Christ Jesus, Who said, "Ye are the salt of the earth: but if the salt have lost his savour, wherewith shall it be salted? it is thenceforth good for nothing, but to be cast out, and to be trodden under foot of men. Ye are the light of the world. A city that is set on an hill cannot be hid. Neither do men light a candle, and put it under a bushel, but on a candlestick; and it giveth light unto all that are in the house. Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven" (Matthew 5:13-16).

It is said that, "By these words of Christ we gain some idea of what constitutes the value of human influence. It is to work with the influence of Christ, to lift where Christ lifts, to impart correct principles, and stay the progress of the world's corruption. It is to diffuse that grace which Christ alone can impart. It is to uplift, to sweeten, the lives and characters of others by the power of a pure example united with earnest faith and love. God's people are to exercise a reforming, preserving power in the world. They are to counterwork the destroying, corrupting influence of evil. . . .

The work of the people of God in the world is to restrain evil, to elevate, to purify, and to ennoble mankind. The principles of kindness and love and benevolence are to uproot every fiber of the selfishness that has permeated all society and corrupted the church. . . . If men and women will open their hearts to the heavenly influence of truth and love, these principles will flow forth again, like streams in the desert, refreshing all, and causing freshness to appear where now are barrenness and dearth. The influence of those who keep the way of the Lord will be as far-reaching as eternity. They will carry with them the cheerfulness of heavenly peace as an abiding, refreshing, enlightening power.

Again, there is to be an open influence. Christ says, "Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven." . . .

The light that shines from those who receive Jesus Christ is not self-originated. It is all from the Light and Life of the world. . . . Christ is the light, the life, the holiness, the sanctification, of all who believe, and His light is to be received and imparted in all good works. In many different ways His grace is also acting as the salt of the earth; whithersoever this salt finds its way, to homes or communities, it becomes a preserving power to save all that is good, and to destroy all that is evil. True religion is the light of the world, the salt of the earth. . . .

The fountain of grace and knowledge is ever flowing. It is inexhaustible. It is from this abundant fulness that we are supplied.

From The Witness of The Word of GOD being in an among men, we see that The Prophet, Who dwells in and among men is The Holy One, The Spirit of Christ Jesus, Who sustains all things by His Power, and by Himself, He became an Offspring of His Own Root, to save all, who will believe and come unto Him. I pray that The Word presented by His witnesses in this study has blessed your soul to witness for Him. Amen.
